Weeds and invasive plants are taking over the property . I’ve offered my professional services on several occasions to clean it up but never hear back. I like the proximity to the boardwalk, but they need to clean the place up

Wonderful location The toilet back was broken. TV did not work. Batteries were exploded in the remote control. The rugs are nasty. Found a bottle of lube underneath the bed, which was Vaseline. One light bulb. The lock system sucks. Outside patio furniture was nasty. Sat on the porch literally watched him clean a room in 10 minutes.

Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Nice pool area. Hot tub on site, but we didn't use. Pleasant staff and enjoyable neighbors. It felt family friendly. Shower was a little tricky, but we figured it out and it was fine.

The location to the beach wasn't too bad, but I love walking so that was a bonus for me. There was an awful smell in the room that was very hard to ignore. Also, I found a "little blue pill" on the floor and the bathroom mirror was covered in water spots of some sort. Not very clean.

Location and the pool. Staff was very nice. Old school hotel that needs a lot of maintenance done to it. Not ADA - handicap friendly in any way. They should adjust price to match condition of the property.

Room was very dirty!!! Cigarette butts all over the place. Walls are paper thin you could hear people talking all night long. Air conditioning smelled very bad and was super loud. Hot tub was cold. Pool was clean but not heated as claimed. Silverfish crawling in the bathroom. Appliances were filthy. Short and curlys on the toilet. You can see into the room from the balcony despite shades.
