Every time I visit Hampton Beach, I stay here. The service is excellent, the hotel is always clean, and I highly recommend it!

Had a water leak in bathroom sink so leaked all over my things like hair dryer , deodorant, Combs, brushes

Amazing location. Great staff. Bathroom is a bit small and outdated but the primary room was great.

Old Motel. Our room wad renovated, close to everything. Very freindly Staff. You can ear the noice from the trafic but still very confortable room and beds.

These rooms are very cute, clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating when I asked to upgrade to two queens instead of a king. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner woke me up as it was noisy every time it came on continuously and ran for only 15-20 seconds, then shut off for around 2 minutes. The hotel is very close to everything. The beach, restaurants and shopping.

Location was great the parking situation was not good. Lot was too small, spaces were tiny. We have a pickup truck and could only fit in one spot which we waited for. If you can’t find a spot you’re out of luck

From check in to check out everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The proximity to the beach and restaurants The lack of notification on charges. The AC was like a ships 1900 engine. The water was barely potable and not drinkable. While there was no smoking in the room people stood outside our doors and smoked so there was infiltration into the room.
