The location is amazing. The front porch is great. There is a pool, which was fun for the kids after the beach. The rooms were small and outdated and it smelt clean but it was a little overwhelming and strong, but it worked for our one night overnight. The balcony was great for watching the fireworks on Wednesday night. Online it is advertised as 11am checkout, but its actually 1030am so they almost charged me for late checkout. Parking is included which is nice and they let us park before check in time.

We expected to have a balcony room but when we arrived we got an inside room, which was quite a disappointment. We brought our 2 oldest grandchildren to celebrate at Hampton Beach before they go away to college. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable,there were no hangers or closet, the refrigerator worked but had broken parts so you couldn’t use some of the space. The shower was ok, the sink was cracked and the water went down slow, broken blinds in the window that was open when we got there(we found out that was because there was no vent or fan.) The pool was great. The parking was a little bit away from the hotel so you either moved your car to the street in front of the hotel to load and unload or carry your belongings the distance. When we first got there we parked in a lot that said unloading for Hillcrest Inn so we parked there to be closer to bring our stuff in, but it was for supplies not guests. They were very understanding and let us use is since we were already there. We opted for going the distance when we were leaving. Over all we had a pleasant stay.

It is our 2nd time staying here. Everyone one there was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I have an issue with is when booking you should be able to see what room you are booked for. So other then that we will be going back there again on the next family trip.

Parking was ok. It wasn't next to hotel, but a little ways down the street. Air conditioning worked well. Room was clean, but kind of small.

The parking was difficult. It looked like the parking lot was full of people not at the hotel. We could not park our car.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. I’m personally not a fan of rug. So rug in a beach place that deals with sand is interesting
