Janmere Motel

The air conditioner in my room was noisy. The mattress was worn out other than that. I’d say the coffee was the best thing of the whole stay.

My husband and I stayed one night for a concert. The hotel was exactly what we needed and more. Clean room, solid amenities, and perfect location. Would recommend for sure

The rooms were clean, staff very nice, love that it’s dog friendly. Great for smokers. (I don’t). But family members did. Only there for a frw days but gelt like a week. Great experience

The stay was great. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Also it seems very dog friendly so I’ll very likely be looking to stay here again next year

Staff was helpful, pool was fun, but the room had prior guests hair in the sheets/bed, and in the bathtub. The shower would randomly get wicked hot & then also random bursts of ice cold. Overall was way too expensive for what it was.

Second time staying here for a night. Great location near concert hall and ocean. Pleasant staff and nice large unheated pool. The room is tight for two people but it’s manageable. Only issue is only one side of the bed has a light or outlet close. So not being able to read in bed or have a cellphone handy effected my review. I would stay here again though.

The room was Ok. It was not worth the price. The ceiling was falling in. It was damp and the wall AC was very loud. There was NO blow-dryer in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom was old and warped. The floor needs to be washed.

The floors were so dirty we needed to sweep and wash them, bathroom was very outdated with rust stains in tub, water pressure was low, but pool area was clean!

The fitted sheet on the bed was too small and wouldn’t stay on the corners. So I tried not to move much during the night. The place has a few things going for it. It was walking distance to the concert venue and beach. It has 2 chairs outside of each room to sit outside. Looked like it had a decent pool and grill area. So if you don’t mind the constant smell of pot smoke and like cold showers, then this is the place for you.

Great time as always this is the second year my family has stayed here close walking distance to everything you need ! We will be back next year like always.

Rooms are very well kept. Grounds are great. Pool was nice. Great outside seating. Coffee 24 hrs a day. Free cookies in office. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Will stay here again

The location of the property was excellent. One minute from the hampton beach casino, and one street back from the ocean.
