Ashworth by the Sea

This was the first time we stayed there.The staff was excellent friendly and helpful the valet staff was excellent and helpful also room was clean I and the location is excellent. We would rate it a 10. We would definitely stay there again

Great spot! Walking distance to everything, loved the amenities, cornhole was a nice touch!

We reserved an oceanfront king. Room was updated, clean and spacious. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. We would stay again.

Accommodations were very very nice. AC was super quiet unlike other hotels. Would be nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom but no big deal. Staff very cheery and helpful.

Location and housekeeping staff are always very friendly. The attached breakfast cafe is also a plus. I didn't like the rooms on the south side that were close to the rooftop music and bar. But that's just location. It was just noisier this time.

Smelt like cigarettes Water damage mold in bathroom. Could hear the neighbor farting.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach front hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, We love the fact that our dog was able to vacation with us! The view from our room was absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone-you will not be disappointed!

This is a wonderful place for families. Location is near playgrounds, arcades and live music. Watched fireworks from the Roof Top Cafe at the Ashworth. Valet parking available. Staff very engaging. Last but not least the pool was huge and warm. Ashworth Hotel across from the ocean.

We were so very excited to celebrate my SIL Bachelorette here. The staff is excellent and warm and welcoming. Parking is an extra 25 dollars but its valet so thats nice. The cleanliness however was lacking luster, upon getting into the room there was a sticky substance on the counter and we found someone else's earing just laying on the carpet. Also we paid for a beach facing balcony room however they do not disclose that they consider the rooms on the side of the building that face a parking lot to be beach views. Over all. I wouldnt stay here again also the mattresses are VERY uncomfortable.

Shower curtain was covered in mildew and made the whole room smell. Bedding, tabletops and sink were clean but hair stuck to the bathroom walls, mold on sliding door, carpet felt greasy and baseboards were gross. Worst part was nail clippings in the bedside table drawer! We had lunch at the restaurant on site and the only employee we saw was the bartender. He was working hard to tend bar and relay our orders to the cook. He was running food between bar orders. No one to clear tables. Food was delivered cold bc this one poor guy was trying to do it all. Soda was a warm can, no ice in a glass. We tipped him well and left feeling less than thrilled with the experience. Staff were all friendly but just seemed like not enough people to keep up. Valet had a long line upon checkout, again due to lack of staff. My husband talked to a manager upon checkout about the condition of the room and they were apologetic. They did reimburse a portion of the room. Overall it wasn’t terrible for one night. We walked to the beach and boardwalk. Beach chairs were available. Convenient location to food and coffee.

Honestly nothing it’s was a terrible stay Everything terrible setup rooms sucked and now I’m being charged for things I never knew about even after I checked out I was told o weed nothing
