Quiet and good location across from the beach. Love that the floors were not carpet. Nothing I didn’t like.

The room was clean, but minimal. What you pay for is the ocean view and access. Don't expect a 5 star hotel and you will be delighted. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Parking is adequate. The pool is heated to a beautiful 90° or so. Very nice to lounge in on a cool evening. We will definitely be going back.

Location False advertising and rooms were dirty and no extra pots to cook. Missing a lot of essentials. Bathroom was gross.

Perfect location on the north side easy to walk into the town . Steps away from the beach a nice pool great balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean view . Love the big mirror to get ready. Highly recommend it’s clean and nice !

Staff was friendly and helpful and on top of things. It was quiet and comfortable and very clean. Just steps to the beach, close enough to walk the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again. The last night there the neighbor was smoking cigarettes outside even though it clearly states they're a no smoking property. The smoke was coming right in through the AC which was nasty. Not the hotels fault.

The beach is across the street, beautiful view. The rooms were small but cozy. Updated and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable but it wasn't too bad

The property was clean and close to the beach and far enough away from the busy main strip. There was a designated parking space so I didn’t have to guess where I was going to park. Not that it was the properties fault but there was a funny smell outside in the morning and little kids in the room above us liked to run around at night.

The rooms are clean, clean towels provided each day you stay. the swimming pool is a plus… Also the pool water is heated… The only complaint is the horse flys around the swimming pool, but I Don’t think the hotel can do much about it.

The place was very clean, the pool was heated, fresh towels daily, location was great. Upon arrival a staff member asked us if we needed help with luggage. We gladly accepted. Of course , we tipped him. We should have asked for 1st floor because of stairs. But it wasn’t a deal breaker
