The new owners have clearly put a lot of time and effort into updating and freshening up the property and rooms. Our room was very clean and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. We were especially impressed with the four large bath towels (many hotels only provide two), along with two hand towels, two washcloths, and a bath mat. The bathroom was well stocked with hand soap and body wash in convenient pump bottles, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and makeup-remover wipes. I really appreciated the makeup-remover wipes so guests don’t have to use the white washcloths to remove makeup. The room also had a Keurig with coffee pods, cups, and everything we needed to make coffee in the morning. There was a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, which was very convenient. The coat tree was another nice touch and gave us plenty of space to hang our things. The faux plants throughout the room added a cozy, home-like feel. The pool was clean and refreshing, with plenty of tables and lounge chairs around the pool area. Just a heads-up: you’ll want to bring your own towels for both the beach and the pool. Great place to stay for a beach weekend. Definitely will go back again. The rooftop pool nice to have after a day at the beach.

Website states that property is on the beach. This is not true. You need to walk at least a half mile to public access to beach. Also ceiling in bathroom looks moldy. Needs cleaning and repainting.

We have stayed here for a few years around August. Very polite and helpful staff. Along with very clean, Quiet and comfortable.

Our tv was broken, and had to be unplugged for our stay. The bathroom is teeny tiny with ZERO ventilation, and the bathroom sink was in the bedroom… Property is at the end of the strip, right before the bridge to get to Salisbury beach. Our parking spot was directly In the front of the building with the strip behind. Had to go around the strip to get back to the room. Pool has broken rails.

Rooms and all facilities were clean and well kept. Owners were friendly , attentive, and interested in making sure that everything was in order and if anything was needed to ensure customers satisfaction. We enjoyed our stay! It was close to downtown and a short Uber ride was great to avoid parking garage fee. Definitely our go to when going to Portland! The pool area was great!

Family friendly, super convenient and convenient!

I was on a solo trip to Hampton Beach and I enjoyed my stay. This motel is walking distance to the beach. Within 6 min you can walk to the beach, but if you walk down further about 15 min you can get to the main beach that has bathrooms and is near restaurants and the pavilion. The motel staff was nice and pleasant. There is parking on site that was included in my stay. There is no ice machine, no housekeeping, also there are many rules like no eating in bed, no drinking in the pool, no using towels for makeup, quiet hours from 10p-8am.... I will that the rules are understandable. The rooftop pool is very nice that was the highlight of my stay. There is only one beach umbrella and limited seating, also you need to bring your own pool/beach towel. The bed was pretty comfortable, shower pressure was great, my AC worked perfectly. There is Wifi and a smart tv. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooftop pool was definitely a favorite—my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to get out! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, and having free on-site parking made everything so easy. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again the next time we’re in the area!

The elevated pool deck is amazing. Panoramic views. Perfect place to spend a 100 degree day! Owner and staff very professional and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Covered parking for 1 ca.

The rooftop pool was nice. The beds were comfy and the staff was so nice! It was a bit farther from the strip like I hoped for. But there were other places nearby and we could see the drawbridge from our place. The water for our shower took a while to get warm.

Walking distance to main beach area and the New Hampton State Beach was a block away. Food nearby. The owner was very helpful for all our needs. The place was clean and neat.
