The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the breakfast and my absolute favorite thing about the hotel was the rooftop sauna with amazing city and lake views. Would recommend for sure. They had limited lake view rooms
-
The breakfast restaurant atmosphere is good. Foods are delicious, especially breads The staff is nice and supportive. The swimming pool has a very nice view The bar atmosphere is not chill enough

Location is great. Breakfast is decent, I had better but no complaint. Room is great. No club lounge - critical for business traveller. If no club lounge then at least a working desk in the room.

Sauna with a view, just next to a swimming pool. From here, you can have a beer and enjoy a great view to the lake. a modelled palace of a Vietnamese princess so hotel architecture is the hightlight. Breakfast here is so good. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Everything is perfect

We checked in to the Dusit Le Palais late on a Wednesday night, as a layover hotel in Hanoi, before flying out of Hanoi Thursday morning. The staff upon arrival were fantastic. The bar and restaurant onsite were closed, so they helped us order food to be delivered from local vendors. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Rooms spacious, clean and beds incredibly comfortable. The lift was hard to navigate initially, as there were two sets of buttons and it requires you room card. Only one set worked. It may sound easy, though was difficult for the four of us to decipher initially.

Far form everything the area looks scary room view are not like the photo

Friendly, good rooms, comfortable, nice gym

The interior of the hotel is unique, bed is spacious and comfy. The images of the rooms didn’t reflect the reality. When confronted at the reception, they said its “for marketing purposes” which was disappointing. They offered other room options but with extra charges. You would assume balcony is facing lake view but instead its facing someone else’s rooftop leaving no privacy

Water temperature in the shower would change constantly

We were truly captivated by the hotel’s architecture—it beautifully reflects Vietnamese aesthetics and charm. The Gallery Lounge, while cozy, could benefit from softer and more inviting lighting to match the atmosphere. Thank you for the bellmen who assisted me to bring our luggage upstairs then move them to our car when we checked-out. I feel satiffied with your friendliness and professionalism. Thank you for the receptionist who assisted me to keep my huge Anniversary cake before and after our meals. You even helped me to bring it to the shipper when I forgot it at the hotel. Your support really touches my heart Both my husband and I delighted in the Phở Lụa, along with the wonderful coffee and cocktails. What surprised us most was discovering that our favorite Italian restaurant was right inside the hotel! Having enjoyed Vinci Linh Lang before, it felt like a special treat to find it here as well. The thoughtful welcome cake, adorned with heartfelt wishes for our anniversary, made our stay even more memorable. To be honest, as someone who pays close attention to details, I always place great importance on the first impression during any 5-star stay. 1. Reception Experience The receptionist was kind and welcoming. However, the note I left on Booking regarding my request for special decoration/treats did not appear in the system. As a result, my request was overlooked. When I asked, she confirmed that all requests were noted, but the initial impression left me feeling that my needs had not been fully considered. Additionally, the receptionist did not introduce the full range of services available at Dusit De Palais Tu Hoa. This omission made us feel less valued and not fully cared for as guests. Later, when we explored on our own, we discovered that the hotel offers many outstanding services beyond what is typical of a 5-star property. For example, the hotel has its own Phở restaurant—Phở Lụa—rather than only offering an international buffet breakfast. It also provides Onsen experiences, a pool and sauna, and more than just a lounge, with gourmet options as well. These unique offerings are impressive, but they should have been highlighted during check-in to enhance the guest experience and create a stronger sense of being welcomed and valued. 2. Anniversary cake: Thank you for the thoughtful wishes and the delicious passion cheesecake—we truly enjoyed it. That said, the cake would have been more impactful if it had been presented as a surprise upon check-in, rather than afterward. 3. Payment process: One aspect that caused inconvenience was the payment method for services such as cocktails at Palais Lounge or Pho at Phở Lụa. Instead of consolidating charges into a single room bill, we were required to scan QR codes for each transaction. This fragmented process detracted from the seamless experience we expected.

I liked the hotel room and rooftop place The location was not close to any good restaurants or shops

About food - Set menu at restaurant rooftop it’s suck! I don’t care how much it is, I talking quality . Foie gras is very oily and served with Vietnamese banh chung, have you tried it? It has no connection or taste at all…..

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and spacious room. Cleanliness of the room could be slightly improve. The surrounding of the hotel are not the most welcoming, but it looks like a lot of renovations are ongoing so I’m guessing it’ll get better soon.
