Very nice room The hotel offers a 2 hour hotel room so we accidentally booked this online so be careful when booking that you actually get a overnight stay otherwise you’ll have to pay more money

Nice clean cheap accommodation Close to what I needed The Booking.com listing was a bit misleading. It listed for 312,000 VND. That was for a 2 hour traveller's stay, not whole night. Whole night is 700,000

It is quite clean Most staffs are kind, nice Safe Breakfast was good Most switches don’t fit mobile or even hotel’s dryer. The trash basket in the toilet is full of water at the beginning of the stay and it took so long time to get warm water. Booking information a little confused. Although It allowed to choose check in (14~)/ check out time (12~ the next day) but only show the money for 2 hours, so if customers don’t notice carefully the price (which actually applying for two hours, a misunderstanding might happens. Felt a bit like “really…!?!?” In conclusion, lodging fee wasn’t really match the quality.

Breakfast is yummy. So homey feel. Noodle (chicken pho) was freshly cooked during the breakfast hours of 7-9am. The staffs are super friendly and staying here felt safe Internet speed can be faster.

Location,location. Great place to stay if you want a quiet environment. Room is spacious and clean. Bed’s comfortable considering you’re in Vietnam. Staffs are helpful. Communication is not problem. Will be back . None

Breakfast was ok considering the size of the hotel. Facilities are basic but ok. Location is ok: on a main street, some hundred meters walking to West lake and Lotte Mall. Shower should be better. Maybe due to I was on 7th floor so the head pressure was weak.

The hotel is within walking distance from Lotte Mall Hanoi and Sen Tay Ho restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Getting a Grab to the airport is really easy and arrive around 25 minutes. There is a separate router for Wi-Fi on every floor. It works well and stable during my stay.

It was a great to place to stay. There were a very delicious breakfasts (pho bo and pho ga), in addition there were lots of places to try a local cuisine nearby. Cleaning is every day. There is a LOTTE mall, where you can go if you are fond of shopping. The city center is rather far from the hotel, but if it's Ok for you to use a taxi or motobike, everything is going to be fine:) The host will help you if you need to call a taxi, print documents or find a good place for dinner! Even though you will not be in the center, you'll be staying in a really great place with hospitable hosts You can find some ants, but it's Asia, so there are everywhere:) Just be aware of the possibility of meeting with them
