Muse Hanoi Penthouse - PentStudio West Lake

The location is good for lotte shopping mall There is hair on the floor and in the cupboard. Bathroom with bedroom upstairs and toilet downstairs that cause inconvenience for the night toilet use. Pillows have yellow stains, too high for the neck. Suggest offering different styles and regular cleaning. Sofa smells due to high humility in Hanoi. Suggest regular cleaning.

The shower is decent. Noisy construction late into the night. The AC is noisy. The bed was not comfortable. They informed me the morning of my check in that the unit I had booked is not available because of electricity issues and so I had no choice but to take two separate units in another building because I didn’t have time to change.

Passable

It’s a very spacious and modern apartment with super high ceilings in a quieter part of Hanoi. It was good to stay here, away from hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. The stay was, overall, very comfortable with minor inconveniences: the water in the shower was only lukewarm until we asked the owners to fix it and we couldn’t get the projector to work.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, responsive hosts, easy check in and out process, fantastic view of Hanoi Projector wasn't working and couldn't be fixed during my stay but the TV worked and had streaming services. Some spots missed by cleaners but generally very clean and beautiful

Exceptional

The view was incredible and we loved the huge windows as we were able to look at the view from both levels. They were so kind to scatter rose petals around our bed, as it was our honeymoon, this was so thoughtful! They also organised our day tour for us to Ninh Binh which was fantastic and we didn’t have to worry about sorting it out!!

Location was out of the city a little but was great as far as access to the city. It was quiet and great access to local restaurants with a great outlook. Wifi and the view were excellent

Great value. Area not to busy but very easy to get to old town using grab. Perfect for us. For people wanting to be in the busier old town area, it’s about a 15 -20 min grab ride depending on traffic

Brilliant openness and wonderful place Nothing per say - but yes the property to old quarter was a little far.

They have great communication, message via WhatsApp with quick responses, they dropped off some washing powder so we could wash our clothes and extra bed pillows. bath was lovely and you can sit in the bath watching tv upstairs. air con upstairs wasn’t very strong and it was so hot when we stayed. this apartment block does not have a swimming pool outside just a small indoor one that isn’t great and only for guests booked through them. if you want to use it you have to pay and it’s not worth paying for.

The apartment was top class.

Seamless check in and check out process. Staff was very responsive and friendly. The place is big and clean and you can even cook food if you want.

Booking.com promised free transport from the Hanoi airport to the Muse apartment but did not provide so. I have to arrange for transportation through Muse Hanoi Apartment and pay for the cost of transport from Hanoi airport to the apartment. Bad experience with Booking.com

Excellent host, excenllent home. It was great to stay there. The flat was very clean and cozy. The area was great and quite to sleep. Recommend to other guest. Thanks for everything. Will be back here for the next trip.
