The hotel is very well located, right in the old town. Friendly staff, the room was big and we had a balcony. However our room was on the Main Street which is very nosy I do recommend to book this hotel but ask a room on the garden side.

Do not recommend. Walked in to a dirty rat room. Mouldy sheets, pillows, bathroom. Disgusting. Previous guest hairs were on pillow cases and under the sheets. DO NOT STAY Mouldy bathroom and furniture, stained pillows and sheets, previous client hair pieces on the floors and beds

I booked one night but when I showed up, they told me it's full and somehow changed my booking to only 2 hours.

Nothing Staff couldn’t find the reservation. We needed to pay more than was promised. We got a room with one bed but we ordered 2 beds. Staff didn’t had a room with 2 beds so we had to leave and 24:00 to a different hotel. Poor service

location was very good and room was nice . The bathroom had hot water which was nice Lots of noise from people inside the hotel. The beds definitely were not cleaned properly. The bedding did not smell clean and it was full of hair from the previous guests

The location is very central in the Old Quarter. Most tourist destinations are in walking distance. The lack of cleanliness made us count the days until we could finally leave. Brown smears on the bathroom walls, stained walls in the bedroom, black mould in the shower. If you ask the staff to give the facilities a proper cleaning, they fail to achieve a significant improvement (for example, the cleaning lady claimed the year-long calcium buildup on the faucets could not be removed by any means... yeah, right...). The DIY "step-free" shower is so poorly designed that the water doesn't flow towards the drain but accumulates in the opposite corner instead.

staff very friendly and helpful. very convenient location, walk-able distance to most of the must-see places in Hanoi. convenient to book tour through the hotel staff. no breakfast service available but nice bakery just across the street

The only positive thing was the refund we got when we canceled the remaining nights of our booking. Almost everything. There is no value to money with this hotel what so ever. Upon arrival the receptionist was unfriendly and tried to send us away since she was unfamiliar with our booking. The room (601) was terrible. Ripped curtains, moldy bathroom, filthy floor throughout the room, missing shower door, broken power outlets and the bed was hard as wood.
