Also good location. No proIt was uncomfortable because there were no designated smoking areas, so some guests were smoking right by the swimming pool

The staff were so attentive and kind. The location felt safe. The included breakfast was delicious. Laundry service was amazing. Daily housekeeping was great too! We had a street view with balcony and even though it had double doors the noise was still incredibly loud and also often had mosquitos in the room.

Helpful staff. Made airport pick up easy. Comfortable bed. Good air con. Bathroom wasn’t incredibly clean. Very busy location.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND COZY AMBIENCE. LOVE THE POOL!!! KUDOS TO KIM AND TREN WHO ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING!!! Only minor, the bath tub is not fully fixed to the wall. when you shower, it floods a bit on the floor area of the bathroom when it should have been maintained dry if the tub is fully fixed to the wall.

Good location a little noisy. It’s right in the downtown area of Hanoi. Building was a little old, but that’s normal in that location

The location of our room with balcony on this very busy and noisy street. The music started 8 pm until 1 to 3 am. Hence I would not recommend this hotel unless your room was at the back where there was less traffic and noise.

Great location . Very good service and very nice rooms with all amenities. Spotlessly clean. Front rooms on the street are very noisy, fine for us as if you want to be in the heart of it then that’s to be expected. Breakfast could be better.

Unfortunately we booked it mostly for the pool, which was shut or under construction when we arrived and for the duration of our stay. I would also mention that it was extremely loud from our room on the main street but it's a good place to stay if you want to be right in amongst the busiest streets in old town

Staff were great Ms Kim was a Gem and very helpful. Breakfast was not anything outstanding but was sufficient and the eggs taste Great. It was slow tourist wise, and we had the room just above Beer St and we quickly the next day requested a quieter room which they did. But we at night could still hear the party noise from the street (can only imagine the noise level during peak season.

Property is accessible for everything it’s in main city. we had room which bathroom has issues all water used to come out whenever we take shower bathroom is fully with water which we didn’t like at all the facilities is not good except location I believe they need to check on more facilities like bathroom to make stay more comfortable.

Our room faced beer street and was very noisy.

The rooms were large and clean and well equipped. We needed to add an additional night at the last minute and the team were excellent in accommodating us. They were also able to provide interconnecting rooms one room we had was a bit noisy, but this is in a really vibrant area of the city so to be expected. Breakfast was very tasty. The pool was a bit underwhelming it’s small and it’s essentially indoors under a glass roof so it’s very hot and humid not really applied for kids to play or to relax by so not really sure if it’s purpose. But for the price having a pool was a good touch
