They are very professional and ocomidating. We stayed an extra day in Sapa and they were able to adjust our stay. Thier communication is very good and thier English was spot on. It's got very good food choices and coffee places around the area There are no complains about the stay

I had a nice stay at Matilda Boutique Hotel & Spa, and it’s a good option for those wanting to explore Hanoi. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, a vibrant area surrounded by shops and plenty of delicious food options. It’s just a short and easy walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, which is a highlight of Hanoi. The room was adequate for the price, not too spacious but certainly sufficient. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, so I would advise being careful when showering. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was a lifesaver in Hanoi’s hot weather, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. Another strong point is that the hotel offered luggage storage even after we checked out, which was incredibly convenient for us. Overall, Matilda Boutique Hotel & Spa is a great choice for its prime location, comfort, and helpful services. With some small improvements in hospitality, it could be even better! I did notice that the staff at the reception and dining area could be a bit more welcoming. They seemed a bit less smiley, and I think a touch of extra warmth in their service could improve the experience for guests.
