The rooms was clear the location was in the middle of everything Minh in the reception made our stay with his recomendations daily talks. He is so friendly and knows the area very well. We stayed in the hotel 2 times in different timelines.

Near everything. Perfect service. Front desk is very accommodating. They even gave us a map and marked all the recommended places to eat and go to. Walking distance to almost everything. Nothing.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They accommodated our request to cancel the rest of our days booked in the hotel due to cockroach infestation in the hotel We had to check out earlier than planned and find a different hotel because cockroach infestation was really bad. Room also noisy as we can hear noises from the hall, other rooms and bars outside

Hot water in shower, decent spacious rooms, convenient location. Tiny bathroom, didn't have enough towels to match registered people in room and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Weak wifi. Only 1 key, so not convenient when traveling with group.

Location of the property is excellent near to the all streat and shops. staff is also very helpful for any infirmation, ready to serve you the best option for food and travelling nothing

Excellent Location in the heart of Old Town. Great value in a spacious suite with all of the hotel amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodated our late check in. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in Old Quarter on a Saturday night.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of old quarter. It's just as nice as in the pictures and I loved how comfortable the bed was. The best part about the hotel was the 2 receptionists Mr.Justin and Ms. Thao. They were so friendly and accomodating. I spent 10 nights here and they were always greeting me and asking how i was. The first night I even asked to switch rooms due to the noise from across the street and they accomodated very nicely. The only issue i had was with the bar across the street playing loud music at night. It ends around 10-11pm however some nights i wanted to sleep early and it wouldve been annoying. It would have been nice to know before booking, However, to make up for it, The hotel accomodated my request to switch rooms

Clean and spacious rooms right in the middle of Old Quarter. Staff is exceptional. Has AC.

We arrived 5 days before check in to drop off our bags until check in, and that was completely fine. When we came back to check in, we were being told we were upgraded to a suite room with balcony, which was very nice. The room was really big, and the bed and AC were comfortable. It is right in the center, so everything is around, but the noise from the party streets didn’t make it into our room.
