The room was nothing like in the pictures. The balcony is very narrow and it is not as spacious as the pictures show. It was just and OK stay.

Great location for first-timers wanting to explore the Old Quarter. Everything was in walking distance, and it was a convenient area for our day-tour pick ups. Food, convenience stores, bars and historic sites are easily accessible from here. Rooms were clean and had character. Bed was comfy to sleep in, and the bathroom had a sliding door so the toilet area doesn’t get soaked, unlike at other properties nearby. Balcony was good for smokers, with a cute view of the streets below. They even decorated our bed for our arrival! Katherine was fantastic, super helpful and great at communicating. Before arrival, during, and after, she made sure to offer help. Thank you for all that you did for us! It’s expected to be loud as Beer Street is around the corner. We knew this before booking. Didn’t bother us as we are heavy sleepers and a young couple that enjoy the nightlife, but if you are looking for quiet, most of Old Quarter is not exactly that. Bathrooms could use a good deep clean around the window mouldings and potentially a repaint as we saw some pilling throughout the room but that’s to be nit-picky. Overall would book again!

They made sure to adjust my local travel plans and ensured that i did not miss out on visiting the important places. Guided me on all food options and the right place for souvenirs and shopping. The stay at Trang Trang Classy is by far the best only because of such fabulous caring staff members. The hotel deserves a 5 star for hiring such star resources who make the travel very memorable. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back here when I visit Hanoi again

The property was right in the middle of the old quarters making it very convenient to walk to all the major sites in the area. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Because the hotel was in the middle of the old quarters, it was extremely noisy. The windows were not soundproof so you can hear all the honking and chattering for most of the evening. Bathrooms were a little musty

Highly recommend if you’re in Hanoi. The rooms are as described and comfortable the location is superb, doesn’t get much better than that. Amy and Long are brilliant, amazing customer service and helped us out a lot. It’s in the old quarter so it’s very busy, and can be noisy at night.

the bathrooms were small. there was some noise coming from the road which disturbed a tad bit. Also the double occupancy rooms were small.

The staff was the only good thing about this property We stayed in the 2 nicest suites at this location. The hotel is in terrible shape. Literally everything in the room is falling apart and broken. The walls and windows are cheap and the noise from the street is extremely loud. There is a nearby business that plays extremely loud advertisements on a loud speaker at 7am EVERY MORNING FOR 20-30 minutes straight and will wake you up and keep you awake. The toilet was leaking onto the floor. The hot water goes from warm to scalding hot to ice cold all within 90 seconds. It is also expensive for the area so it was very disappointing how bad it was
