Great location and very easy flexible check in. bed was very hard, the interior was very old and not super clean, shower pressure was very weak and not always warm

In the centre! The bathroom needs some deep cleaning, the room looks okay from the pictures, but the walls are dirty and the bed was so soft and also I found some long hair in the room so a bigger attention to the cleaning. Quite pricey as well for what you get!

The location of the Homestay is perfect, it was also very quiet and the communication was fast and good.

The location is perfect. Everything is walkable and my room on the top floor was comfortable and clean. It’s simple but has everything you’d need. The only down side was the shower. The pressure wasn’t good, so it takes a bit longer to wash the shampoo and shower gel away.

Never met anyone who worked there! So not really a homestay

- clean - comfortable beds - good location - nicely decorated - the doors are poorly soundproofed, so whenever someone is walking down the steps you can really hear it in the room - one window high up the ceiling so you can not open it BUT there was a ventilation system in the room - for the price it's OK

Great location, very central in the old quarter but still mostly quiet. Bedding and towls smelt amazing. Wifi was good. Shower didnt work when using hot water at all, only freezing cold water. There was also a leak in the ceiling, dripping in the bathroom. We made the host aware. Low ceiling on the stairs kept bumping our heads. Signs need to be clearer about this.

The privacy - the room was very quiet but right in the middle of the Old Quarter! Also having a locked door downstairs gave us piece of mind. The lady is lovely and it's great value for money in Hanoi! We were on the top floor, and so the shower pressure was more of a dribble if we wanted hot water

Good location and reasonably comfortable. Had to wait 2.5 hours for the room to be available. Key code for front door not given or expained to us. Had to rely on another.guest coincidentally arriving back at.hotel at the same time. Hot water system not.expained to us so.shower.was.cold until then s was resolved. No receptionist, and messages ignored.

Really lovely homestay, very cosy, comfortable and everyone was so welcoming. The location is perfect, up a narrow alley which is very quiet at night, but has the advantage of being right in the old quarter so you are mere minutes from all the best bars, restaurants, entertainment and cultural sites. One of our best homestay experiences in three months traveling round Vietnam??

Nice location and comfortable bed Not that clean as I would prefer. My room did not have a window so I missed fresh air in my room.

Very cozy room, bathroom provided shampoo and body wash. AC worked great and there was a fan as well. Check in was fast and easy.

Pictures posted on Booking.com matched actual reserved room. Bed was comfotable, air con worked well, shower pressure good, room was neat & tidy. I'll book again if I return to Hanoi.
