Very friendly staff always making sure to take care of our needs. We checked out early before breakfast, but the staff provided a takeaway bag of food. We stayed over Christmas, and the hotel provided a complimentary buffet spread on Christmas Eve which was a very pleasant surprise. The food was delicious. We very much appreciate the hard work and effort that the staff and team put into it! We paid for an airport transfer in cash to the reception but forgot to ask for a receipt. Would have been helpful for both parties if one was issued, just in case.

Breakfast is terrific.Location is in the heart of the action. I found the staff amazing.My wife had a birthday and they brought cake to the room unexpectedly. A very nice touch

This was my favorite hotel during my 3 week trip through Vietnam. Small but clean rooms. Great location on the edge of the old quarter that made for easy walking to various sites and restaurants throughout the City. At the same time, it was a very convenient location for shuttle and bus pickup. Breakfast was great as was happy hour at the rooftop restaurant. The highlight was the staff. Abee made sure all of our tours, shuttles, laundry, etc… were taken care of and went smoothly. All the restaurant/bar staff were friendly and attentive (notably Bob!).

This is the perfect place to stay in the old quarter in Hanoi. The rooms are very nice and relatively modern. Like most hotels in older buildings the room is just about average is size but the rest makes up for everything. The staff is out of this world nice and helpful, great breakfast with a view at the top a great bonus. Last but not least is the location just at the east end of the old quarter, just a few minutes to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and the lake. An absolute recommend! nothing

Location was good. We lost our personal valuable item at the room and reported it to the management. Although some efforts were taken to check we believe they were not exhaustive and didn’t go all the way. We left the hotel feeling cheated and recommend that future guests reconsider staying here. On the same note , the rates are also the same as other 4-star hotels in town, with less facilities. Rooms are far smaller than standard hotels in the same price range.

Single female traveller and arrived for very late night check in, really friendly service overall

It was a relatively newly renovated hotel opened Oct 2024, our room was cleaned daily and beds made up with fresh towels. Front desk Abee was friendly and very helpful. ?? Special mention to Tung in the breakfast/dining staff who’s exceptionally pleasant to which we had fun conversations about Hanoi and life In general ? The breakfast buffet though simple has nice selections : Asian, western and daily fresh fruits and yogurt ??????. The fresh juices was always outstanding. Overall this hotel is highly recommended from our own experience . Everything is walking distance to eateries , night market, Hoan Kiem Lake. None.

Absolutely the best so far in Hanoi! Alice and Lily were fantastic! Breakfast was a small area but they made the best of it. Variety at breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate all the work the staff workers do everyday. They are surely a 11! Nothing

We booked the hotel for 2 nights while we explored Hanoi. This hotel was in an excellent location on the edge of the Old Quarter around a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake which is beautiful. The hotel is new, the rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Our favourite part of the hotel was the breakfast, which was served on 9th floor where there was an amazing selection of food and the restaurant staff were brilliant! Really added to our experience. We would definitely stay again. If I am being very picky, it’s in a very busy traffic area, so it’s good to keep the air conditioning on when in the room, so you can’t hear the traffic.

Conveniently located at a walking distance to everywhere in the old quarter with enough shops / restaurants / cafes barely 100-200m away. It’s a new property so interiors are done quite nicely throughout the property. Nice rooftop breakfast lounge. Service from the staff was good. There should be more veg options in the breakfast / especially in the hot section. But the breakfast experience and vibe itself was quite amazing irrespective. Room was small but maybe that's an issue with all hotels in this locality.

I loved the location and cleanliness of this hotel. In particular, the bathroom felt very new and comfortable. The beds are also massive! The service was also fantastic and they had a great breakfast buffet that was different each day. Special shout out to Alice who was also very kind and attentive to us. We had a weird check in time at 1am due to arriving late on the sleeper bus and the reception team were kind enough to accommodate this. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! It is within easy walking distance of anything you need during your stay.

Very quaint little hotel in a bustling street. The staff particularly Lilly was amazing. Their attention to detail was incredibly trying always to make our stay more comfortable. The room was fine with the even upgrading us to avoid the noise below the hotel. Wonderful staff throughout with delicious breakfasts. Rooms were super clean. Laundry done quickly and efficiently. Nice and centrally located for the Old Quarter. Shops and markets were within 5 minutes walking distance Was rather noisy the first night we were there but there was a market going on
