The Stay & Super Breakfast The family accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-designed for a family with children. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect peaceful retreat. A massive highlight of our stay was the "Super Breakfast" every morning. The spread was fantastic, offering a delicious variety of both local Vietnamese delicacies and Western options. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and gave us the perfect energy boost to start our daily adventures. Special Thanks to the Manager, Peter! What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the manager, Peter. He is an absolute superstar and redefined what hospitality means! Flawless Day Trips: Peter took all the stress out of our vacation by personally arranging incredible day trips for our family. Every recommendation he made was perfect, and the logistics were seamless. Airport Transfers: He organized our airport drop-off at an excellent, highly competitive rate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey for us and the kids. Above & Beyond Service: To top it all off, Peter was incredibly kind and helpful enough to assist us with cash whenever we needed it. This level of personalized care and trust is rare to find and was a massive help to us during our stay. If you are traveling to Hanoi—especially with family—do not hesitate to book here. Peter Peter Peter. What can we say!!! Stayed here three times, beginning of our trip, meet family at the middle and the last day for departure. The hotel is very good, breakfast is very good, location is good but Peter is fantastic!!! He’s the owner operator. Followed thru on all requests with quality arrangements and tours, but get this, we had a missed departure flight and lots of trouble booking a new flight same day because payment issues cash/ bank cards the airlines won’t accept at the airport. Peter arranged flights and paid with his card even tho at this point we’ve checked out and believe it our not we’re back in Canada and have to reimburse Peter ASAP. Probably Monday!!’ ????? What Who does this. No complaints.

Central. Really nice that you can check in 24/7. Was helpful as we arrived quite late. The staff is really nice and the room was clean. The breakfast isn't the best as the buffet is really small.

We stayed here for two nights, then left our luggage here for one night whilst we went on a cruise at Halong Bay, then returned for one more night. Both rooms we had were spacious and comfortable. The location was brilliant and the free breakfasts were outstanding with many choices. The service was also excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Hanoi.

The location was great - the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was all one could was all one could want - fruit, breads, juice, coffee and then one could order typical “American” fare or Vietnamese dishes. For the price, I don’t think the place can be beat. Finally, Peter was the best! He made our stay great and organized tours and transportation for us. Peter makes the place! Everything was great, if a bit kitschy.
