This is a nice hotel in a convenient but somewhat noisy location. It’s not fancy or stylish but it is clean and comfortable and good value. The breakfast is good quality too. The woman at the front desk, Lucky, is exceptionally nice and helpful. We really liked her, and that’s the main thing we’ll remember about this hotel. It is next door to a blues bar that plays loud music until about 11:00 pm, and a highway that never really stops.

The staffs are very kind and hospitable. Especially, Andrea. She is smart, she always smile, and she gave you answers to your questions! She even gave me a Vietnamese snack as a present for my birthday. The location is very accessible. Definitely will comeback at yoir place! Cam On Viet Nam

The location is 10/10. Absolutely centrally located in the old quarter, but the room was dead quiet. Room was really nice- nothing overly fancy, but terrific value. Very clean. Nothing.

The most memorable thing about this hotel was how the front desk staff made us feel welcome during our short stay here in Vietnam. Some of them are enthusiastic to practice their English with you, and some of them are diligent to make our stay here as comfortable as possible. It is my first time staying in a boutique hotel, and the experience is wonderful. It is hard to describe what makes this hotel special, but take the time to see and feel the hearts of these people. They want you to have a good vacation here in Hanoi. The photo is the rooftop view during breakfast.

They honestly try to earn their high marks by just being outstanding. I usually give full stars to hotels wheh my stay was without problems, makes me wish I could bonus points on this one. I travel full time and the level of service and pro-guest attitude was beyond anything I've seen. My friends stayed with a nearby competitor and didn't have any issues. But I kept comparing and this place was clearly better. For example, they gave better rates on tours and taxi instead of always trying to maximize profits and take advantage of tourists etc. I was pleased!! Most important for me: internet was fine for Zoom classes and Google meets Everything was fine, if you have ANY issue like internet, don't debug it yourself just tell them. Seriously.

Staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly! It is very easy to communicate as all of them speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The housekeepers arranges and tidies up the room daily. Location wise, it is inside old quarter but in a quiet street. Everything is walking distance like beer street, hoan kiem lake, etc. Would definitely stay here again ? None

The staff were wonderful. Especially Celina she helped me and mum out. The staff were so attentive and happy to help. Always greeted us with a smile even when they were busy. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only thing I would say is that they do need a bit of a vacuum. The floors were pretty dusty. However they were a great size. I found that the beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were helpful. It was great to have breakfast there everyday, however some more vegetarian options could be provided but you won't go hungry if you are vegetarian. They also provide small bowls of Pho if you didn't want a big bowl that day. The location is fantastic. Really close to everything you could want to do in the Old Quarter. I would happily return in a heartbeat. This is not the hotel's fault but the hotel and the area are quite noisy. You can hear everything happening inside and outside the hotel. There are some ear plugs provided but if you're a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Also there isn't really a Spa inside the hotel. You can get a massage inside your room, however if you want another service you have to go out to a spa that is affiliate with the hotel. The staff there will help you book the treatment though.
