We love the breakfast: homemade yogurts, variety of fresh fruits, great pastries, many dishes options. The freshness of the foods. Location is at center of the Old Quarters. Clean room, and spacious room. We didn’t have any problem: we enjoyed our stay.

What an Oasis in the very heart of the Old Town! So centrally located! And, Oh MY GOODNESS! The staff! Every one of them, so attentive. Each of them made us feel so special and welcomed us every time we came in from the chaos that is the fun of the old quarter in Hanoi. One time, as we were leaving, the concierge told me that if I was tired and wanted to return to the hotel, I should just call the hotel and they would send a ride to pick me up and bring me back. I had a 90 min message at the spa that was one of the best I have ever had! The breakfast buffet was amazing, but our favorite was the Happy Hour in the evening on the rooftop after a busy and tiring day. La Siesta Premium may be a little more money, but worth every penny! Maybe one of my favorite hotel experiences ever, certainly the best staff we have ever experienced! A pool would have been nice, but all in all, I would totally stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the decoration was beautiful and stylish, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Most importantly, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

A beautiful property located in the midst of the Old Quarter. Modern and well maintained. Impeccable staff. We felt welcome and at home immediately. The room was a bit small, but that was our doing. The drinks we tried at the rooftop bar were good, not great. The margarita was quite tart. Still a wonderful way to wind down from the hustle and bustle of the streets.

Excellent location, very nice breakfast, very clean, polite staff The staff must have a lot of incentive for getting ratings. They were rather aggressive about requesting reviews which included their names.

The staff was so accommodating and thoughtful they thought out what questions we had. The location is perfect easily walkable the food was superb. Special shoutout to one of the best showers I’ve ever taken. The only thing I could think of is there wasn’t a dedicated balcony chair but there was a chair inside you could use and this was more than fine.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely accommodating and very gracious. Maybe it was just a temporary issue (I didn’t ask them) but there was a very odd odor in the lobby during our few day stay.

The city is loud but when you enter the lobby soft music is playing, a light scent in the air and the lobby temperature was perfect. Staff were very polite.

We had the best time. The team is Amazing. The room was fantastic and the bed was luxurious. They have an amazing roof terrace and the restaurant was above excellent. Big thanks to Linh Pham who took care of every detail and made this the best experience ?❤️?❤️ It was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location of hotel is perfect, it's pretty much in the center of everything but the street it is on is actually somewhat quiet (Hanoi standards apply). Staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was far beyond our expectations. The variety of items (both local and international) at a relatively small size boutique hotel was impressive. All in all, great experience. And phenomenal value for money. The bar was closed due to bad weather.

Great location, design and overall service and quality of the experience far exceeds expectations. Breakfast had plenty of options, there was also an al a’carte menu. The rooms were super comfortable and well appointed with little touches that truly made it feel luxurious. The spa was also very nice and I had a great massage by Huong. Probably one of the best ive gotten. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is hesitant about straying from a big box hotel. Would totally stay here again!
