The rooms were too small no windows & not enough room for a couple. Bed was too hard couldn’t sleep. No buffet breakfast as said when booking. Overall wouldn’t stay there again

We like about the property because it is very clean and they have a friendly staff on the hotel. Specially, Quan who us one of the staff helped us and gave us a lot of information about the place. None so far. Everything was good and perfect! We are so near to everything we need.

For the price you pay, you could book a private hotel room.

Location is great. It's close enough to everything, but not as busy and crowded. This area is bit quieter, and there are actual sidewalks along the street, unlike the busier parts of town. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I had a room where almost the entire wall was a window, so the view and natural light was fantastic.

Location was good They broke the handle of my luggage but was helpful enough to either fix the problem straightaway!

We arrived at 1.30am, later than expected. We were booked in very quickly by a lovely young man who was very helpful. The hotel is central to amenities and close to nice cafes etc and the lake. The room was very clean and had all we needed. Nothing.

The staff were friendly and polite. Reasonably.priced hotel for the area The third floor carpet. Ripped and no longer fitting in areas.

I really enjoyed my time in Marina Hotel. Position is perfect to walk around in the old quarter, room clean and spacious enough. Noise from outside street is not bothering at all. Bathroom clean. Room be cleaned everyday. Beds supercomfy. Staff friendly and helpful. There's always somebody at the door. Pretty safe. Maybe a pity they don't serve breakfast anymore, but I was informed by the facility prior my arrival so it's fine. Also the terrace is not accessible.. Too bad.

Very good location, which is right beside a good banh cuon place and on the same street as a lot of popular local cafes (including Cafe Giang) & bun cha places. Since the hotel is in the old quarter, it's easy to walk to anywhere within the old quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. The room has sound proofing so we slept very well despite being located on a busy street. Beds were very comfortable and clean, bathroom was well stocked and cleaned well too. We would love to stay in this hotel again. It's very affordable for the quality and cleanliness. I hate that they wake you up in the morning via a phone call to ask if you want your room cleaned. This should be asked in the evening or a given that they will clean your room. Excursions outside of Hanoi depart very early and return pretty late so a lot of guests would like to sleep in or rest the next day, so this is something they should take into consideration. The cleaning ladies can also be heard talking loudly outside the doors early in the morning, every day. I also had to take an early morning video call for work in the lobby on our last day (I couldn't do it in the room as it was 6AM and my sister was sleeping) and the 2 receptionists who were about to switch shifts were talking so loudly even after I asked them to at least lower their volume because I was about to take a call. This went on for over half an hour, but thankfully the one who just ended his shift left 2 mins before my call was about to start.

The room was labeled as a "supreme" room. But it was windowless and barely big enough for a queen bed. When we booked the room breakfast was stated as included, but we were informed the day before arrival that there was no breakfast. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.
