I arrived in the middle of the night from Hai Giang and reception was open and greeted me kindly. Breakfast was yummy too. Anna was very helpful helping me check out and helped get me on my bus after check out, she is awesome, this hotel has friendly staff.

Very comfortable beds, seamless check in! There was a small water leak from the big storm, but I was quickly moved to another room. It was all done very quick and professional. Super fast response time!

The hotel on the other hand needs a huge update. It's outdated and the breakfast wasn't inviting.

I was pressured into taking a more expensive room, which ended up not having WiFi and I had to move after one night. In the second room, the hair dryer blew up as I tried to turn it on, which blew the switches and could have been a dangerous situation.

We had a perfect stay from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. Nothing at all. We were completely satisfied with our stay and did not encounter any issues.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Rose recommended a good nail salon. The breakfast room was quite noisy when another large group arrived. It made our small group conversation very difficult over the two mornings we were there.

Ms.Son & Ms. May were very kind and helpful throughout our stay , giving all the suggestions of the places to visit and helping us with the cab and other booking details , we and my family had a very pleasant stay here , really appreciate the work and hospitality of the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Legend Palace Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - thank you Rose for making our stay extra special. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was also very convenient — close to the Old Quarter and perfect for exploring Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Photos VERY misleading, place was filthy, breakfast is sub par. Much, much better places around Hanoi at a far more reasonable price.
