The perfect location in old town. The road in front of the property was not a tiny street which was very convenient for booking vans and grab cars. It is also a one way traffic flow which makes it less chaotic during busier times. The hotel is also right next to HK buslines for people planning to take sleeper buses. The rooms were a great value for money and had such comfortable beds and pillows! For a small hotel, it also had a lift. They will also store your luggages for you if you still plan to explore the city before heading to the airport after check out. Our group loved that the hotel doesn’t control the temperature of the rooms and force fix it to heating mode. This was really something we noticed in other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. And the wifi speed was super fast since every room gets their own wifi router! The staff were very accommodating as well. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend and personally come back to stay at this property again. The walls are kind of thin so you will hear your neighbors and the noise outside.

The room was beautiful and as per pictures. Nice interior, modern and spacious. The location is great! Lots of food option. The floors were not clean. I spilled some water and used some tissue paper to wipe the puddle of water. The tissue papers were black! And the soles of our feet were also black.

The location is very good! We walked to most places in Hanoi, and the hotel staff were very considerate to prepare a birthday cake for our birthday trip. The window is not soundproof at all and the street is quite busy. So it's hard to have any quiet time in the room. I hope they can replace the window in the future.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The bathroom was incredibly small with a slide door in a small room so no privacy whilst going to the toilet.

The staff is really nice and very helpful! The location in the old town is fantastic and the most important and interesting sights are within walking distance. It is also hygienic. The only negative point is that it is relatively quiet and you can hear other people in the hallway and in the room.

What you see in the picture is the same in person. The staff are also very accommodating and they also had a private car transport going to the airport. The location is very good, its in the center of old quarter so all we did was to walk around the places we wanted to visit. We were asking for a spare toothbrush/tooth paste, but they told us they dont have although we can pay for the additional set of dental kit.

Great location, nice, clean, comfortable place to stay with a great pool and amazing food. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and I would come back anytime.

Spacious room for 4 people (couple + children), well located in heart of Hanoi, walking distance to most of the attractions, good breakfast, friendly staff. Place could offer more breakfast options

Great location, staff very polite and helpful (especially Anna), nice and comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast. Indoor bedroom without sunlight windows but maybe it was for the best because I didn't hear any street noise. Price per night above average.
