Tru by Hilton Hanoi Station

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel with affordable laundry machine service. Awesome room with view of the city, facing Hanoi Train station Nothing.

The breakfast was reasonable, the location was excellent considering our next move. The staff are also excellent. The hotel does not appear to be to Hilton standards. It’s a little shabby.

It’s convenient and clean

Breakfast had very little choices. Room does not have even a tea cattle and lights were dim.

Bathroom is to small and not enought space to keep.bags

Breakfast is medium, Pho is always running out of stock (good for cook, but not for customers waiting). Locations are perfect for tourists with lots of historical places within a mile. Breakfast should be improved, especially for the hot stuff like Pho. Room is modern, cosy but just shower is pricy for 4 star rated (self?)

What the room lacked in facilities (no cupboards) the staff made it up with their services and positive attitude. The room

This place is right across the street from the train station. It is a great place if you need to have a comfortable place before a train ride. The staff was very nice. We needed help getting our luggage across the street. They helped and refused to allow me to tip. There were hairs on the bed and pillows. The television had no service and there was no way to wireless connect your phone to the television. There is construction going on making finding the front entrance a bit confusing.

Just opposite the train station and the bus stop of the airport bus - very convenient!!

Its just across the train station. Ideal location if you are going to Sapa. They allowed us to stay at their lounge before and after check-in hours. None

Excellent spot to wait for evening sleeper train. Also did some laundry in the self-service laundry area.

Good location if you have to catch a train (the train station is across the street). Not easy to cross the street though since there is no traffic light. The pedestrian crossing is for decoration only and motorists or motorcyclists are totally ignoring it. Room clean and spacious enough but no wardrobe or hooks on the wall to hold your clothes. Modern decoration of the hotel but very questionable unless you are an amateur of trains and mechanics.. Breakfast is acceptable but rather basic. Staff at the reception do not seem to be caring much about the customers. All in all the rate is overpriced and you certainly can find a better place for the rate..

The location. Booking stated there is smoking room selections. Upon arrival was being told its a no smoking property. No electric kettle to boil water.

Super friendly people at the hotel. Perfectly clean room. Nice breakfast. The location is absolutely perfect for short trips by feet. The best thing is the breathtaking view from the higher floor's. There's nothing to say....

Location - room facility vastly under-facilitated i.e no kettle, no provision of basic beverage e.g coffee & tea etc - room's lighting is terribly dim - too many electronic gadgets for lighting control which are unnecessary as, SIMPLE IS BEAUTIFUL - no breakfast provided !!! In view of the above stipulated drawback, the room rate is hence VASTLY OVER-PRICED (i.e we were staying at Mango Hotel which is just across the road of Sojo's and also a small hotel namely the Eden Boutique in Sapa where, their room's rate is only slightly more than half of Sojo's and, everything else in the room were provided for !!!!) As such, we will not recommend Sojo hotel to our friends who may wish to travel to Hanoi.

Comfortable bed, big shower head. The lights.. too many switches.. sorry my bad but a little confusing to us old people.
