I chose this hotel specifically for its buffet, but wasn't informed prior to my stay that it wouldn't be available during Tet holiday. Discovering this upon arrival was disappointing - I was counting on a hassle-free breakfast. The service was good, but a simple breakfast of bread and noodles wasn't what I expected. If I'd known, I wouldn't have stayed here. Other Hanoi hotels during Tet offered buffets, so this was a letdown. Hopefully, management posts this info in advance next time. ?

Convenient location near the railway station. Several basic amenities were missing (face towels, bath mat, hand soap, coffee), the room had an unusual smell, and housekeeping entered while we were still in the room before we had checked out.

The staff are friendly. They speak english so the communicationwent smoothly. The are is perfect spots since it is near train street, train station and other tourist spots. The food was nice and warm. We experience power shortage when we checked in only about half an hour, there are few renovations so expect some noices.

Location next to the train station Was told breakfast is from 6:30-8:30. I skipped it to sleep n my room. At 9:40 my room phone rang. It was the front desk guy asking if I’d be coming down for breakfast. Huh?

It was a convenient location to the train station and not bad facility. Lock was broken, place is kinda falling apart, it wasn’t completely clean tbh.

Hotel is next to Hanoi train station, it"s convenient if you r catching or arriving by train. 110-15 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter, good breakfast, only inconvenience is that it allows people to smoke in the lobby.

The location is literally right beside Hanoi Train Station which is excellent for my morning train ride and adjacent to restaurant, shops and banks. Its beautifullly kept old building add to its charm. Its also has elevatior which sometimes uncommon for hotel in Vietnam. Staffs speak relatively good English which ease communication. Great value for money and definately will book again for future trip to Hanoi. Nothing.

Breakfast was OK but not replenished so that as we came down a bit later we found most of the offerings were gone. There is some train noise but not too bothersome.

Lovely room and good breakfast. Very close to the train station We were asked more than a couple of times when we were going to checkout. Nothing necessarily wrong, but did feel like we were being rushed out the door.
