Good quality, clean and quiet Not good location for food

A little far away from the center

The hotel was so nice and it exceed our expectations. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful (especially Miss My - receptionist). The environment I feel like its my second home. Will come back next time if I stay in Hanoi

The staff was really hospitable and helpful, helped me find a scooter to rent and with other details. When they are around, you can count on them. Bathroom is clean and neat, all amenities are there. WiFi is really good. Scooter parking is practical. Most likely because I arrived on the day of the lunar new year and stayed during the holiday, the cleaning staff was almost not there. No one came to clean my room for three days, until I asked three times for them to do it and they did right away. I asked for higher floors room and was specific with my request, I was put on 3rd floor where the turnaorund of tourists is the highest and due so - noise both in and outside on the streets. Not sure that the lady who was the only one there when I arrived understood my request. One note also, AC is barely alive. I came in the colder season so it took a long time to heat the room.

-Close to a Circle-K which is helpful -Good amenities/mini bar which was cheap -Laundry service was cheap -Plenty of GrabFood options available to be delivered to the hotel location -Bedside plug sockets and bedside table with lamp -Vanity mirror and desk -Room was not serviced on the day we left for hours with the “Please make up room” sign, perhaps cleaners were off for Tet -No window in room so no daylight at any point -Soundproofing not great, can hear other guests all day and night (including a drunk, shouting man one night) -Bed not too comfortable -Hot water for showering did not last very long

I arrived quite late at night and the room smells awful - as if someone smokes regularly in the room. Upon mentioning this issue to the receptionist, she came in the room, opened the windows and made some coffee ☕️ which then filled the room with coffee aroma instead of cigarette ? It was really funny and fortunately I was there only for 1 night.

I stayed at the old quarter but it is expensive and not clean, then I switch to this hotel and it is amazing, clean, friendly and cozy Nothing

Although this happens in many places, hot water running out quickly is a major inconvenience

This place provides professional service, cozy room, excellent location. I will absolutely comeback again.

1)Hotel rooms are clean 2) The reception lady is trying to communicate in English which is good ?, but needs to improve. 3) when asked for a rental motorcycle she arranged within minutes. 4)hotel area has shops and cafe's and massage parlours 1)far from old quarters so taking a taxi in peak hours is costlier.normal hours it won't be costly.

it’s a very nice place with great stuff. location is perfect! we liked it a lot. nothing! everything was great

english poor . over rated . got a window , which was not really a window .

The staff moved us to another room with a working A/C the next day. The A/C never worked. My baby was sleeping in the cold the whole night.
