The rooms were reasonably priced and nothing to complain about. Near Hanoi Medical University hospital. Just to bear in mind - the hotel does not accept card payments contrary to what the website said. I was unable to pay for my full stay in cash therefore asked to change the dates of my stay which was difficult to organise, in the end I had to call booking.com who facilitated the changes to my stay. The hotel staff did not speak English and we had to rely solely on google translate which made it very difficult to communicate with them.
