Staff were very friendly and location was okay. staff were very understanding of our complaints The projector in the room didn’t work, and someone had recently urinated in our bed , the sheets were new but the mattress clearly wasn’t the smell was disgusting and stunk out the whole room, we didn’t stay the night here but the staff were very understanding and we didn’t pay.

They have a projector so you can watch netflix It’s not clean at all, the room is always humid, the floor can’t even get dry. One of the flip flops smells like cat poop, which make the whole room smell like it, I had to throw them out of the room. The bed sheet smell like someone just use them before I arrived.

Leaving it, honestly. Walking out of that place felt like escaping a horror movie, the only good thing about this “hotel” was the moment I realized I’d never have to sleep there again. I liked that I got to witness, firsthand, what pure false advertising looks like it’s almost impressive how far they went to make the photos look nothing like reality. Everything it’s dirty, moldy, smelly, noisy, full of insects, and completely different from what’s advertised. “Luxe” is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen.
