It’s outside of old quarter so it’s quiet enough. The personnel allowed to leave my luggage as it was not possible to have the check in anyhow earlier. It’s still close to all the touristic places All was okay, the hotel is not super big but good value for money

Nice room, good value Location is somehow far from central areas but taxi apps do help a lot

Staff was friendly and can speak English, able to check in quite late as my flight was delayed and arrived at 11pm. Location is very convenient, as there is cheap food that opens late at night nearby. It is also close to tourist destination such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The floor and room I stayed in had little internal sound proofing, so was able to hear people talking in the hallways. But you could barely hear sounds from traffic. The shower lacked a shower curtain, so anytime I shower, I had to lean against the wall to reduce the splashing. But even then the toilet and floor end up been drenched. The window available was facing outside by internally to each of the other hotel room, so wasn't much view going on.

The area is in development so there were construction noises but that isn't the hotel's fault.

It was very clean and smelled sooooooo nice. The receptionist Dang is a lovely and helpful.

The property is amazing. However, there still some construction going on. Not a big deal. Not too closed to touristic areas. For me that was the best part. I was able to enjoy the town and come back to a place away from the crowds.

While it’s not large, it includes all the essential equipment for a complete workout, and I appreciated having that option during my stay. Another big plus is the hotel’s location—just a short walk from Hanoi’s Old Quarter. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city's vibrant street life, cultural landmarks, and famous local eateries. Overall, 22Land Cloud offers a perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience. With its standout design, great food, excellent spa services, gym facilities, and central location, it's a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers visiting Hanoi. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Beautiful new hotel, but have some teething problems. Took 4 attempts up and down the lifts with my luggage for the reception to allocate the correct room that I’d booked. Then next morning I went out in the morning and asked for my room to be made up, only to return at 4pm and it wasn’t done. Bathrooms could do with towel rails and shower curtains, as water goes all over the bathroom when you shower.

Great location and very delicious breakfast. The room is a bit too dark. Need better lighting.

Hotel was abit away from the touristy areas, but nice rooms, really good breakfast and nice people in the reception

Exceptional

Very clean and pretty room. The staff was also very friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was good as well. They have a lot of work to do. There’s no gym yet and they worked a lot while our stay, which was a bit noisy (at 7am).
