Good location for the city Very bad smell in our room, mold and dirty shower amenities, the door, wall and crevices looked like they were never cleaned
-
The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff is very kind and helpful. We definitely will be returning next time we are in Hanoi.
-
The room was pretty nice with complementary soft drinks In Mini bar I tried the spa was really nice and they give discount for it Breakfast can be better , options very limited and they charge for latte or any coffee rather than Vietnamese coffee, also they can add AC to the restaurant as it’s hot during the day The rooftop can be better

Very comfortable and elegant hotel with a very helpful kind staff and a good restaurant. A little hidden gem.

The shuttle bus to the old town and to the beach operates only couple hours a day, not convenient at all. You have to spend the whole day (like 6-7 hours) on the beach (during the hottest period of the day) of in the old town, or to go by taxi or on foot one way. If I knew it before, maybe I would choose another hotel.

From check in to check out the experience was great. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was very good. The pool seating area was rather small. It would be nice if the lobby bar had been open, even if for just self-service coffee, tea, water, etc. The lobby is such a pretty area.

Staff were amazing Great location and clean

The room was wonderful, but the staff were even better. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, they provided us with the most attentive and thoughtful service we could ask for. Recommedations of local attractions, restaurants, services, etc. were all provided to us. The room was restocked with free water bottles and soft drinks daily as well. The location was very convenient in that it is located on a large road, allowing for your Grab or taxi drivers to easily pull over and pick you up. There is a bank atm down the block in case you need to withdraw money. Also, the old quarter of Hanoi is just a short walking distance away, so it is very explorable on foot. I don’t have any complaints about the room, facilities, or services provided. I thought everything was exceptional and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The property was clean, in a nice part of town, and incredible staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at this very pleasant hotel. The location, the food and, most of all, the staff were superb. The pool is something of a token gesture, so in the end we didn’t use it.

From check in to check out, the staff was top notch. The restaurant was delicious. I had the 3 course lunch and it was beautifully prepared and just as delicious. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. I used the gym and it was clean and in good working order.

The room was lovely: clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The staff was smart, kind and helpful. The spa was INCREDIBLE—I had two massages and a facial in two days. Best massages of my life courtesy of Lan (I believe that was her name, my memory is bad!). The cafe is lovely and has a wonderful, knowledgable staff and great food (lots of options for Western food, but even better: lots of Vietnamese options for breakfast!). The rooftop bar has an incredible view and a kind, funny staff (shout out to Nathan!). Christine at the front desk is quite brilliant and she went above and beyond to help us. N/A I loved it!

I'd first like to give special thanks to Tony and the entire staff. We felt well-taken care of. Everyone was kind, exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I give service an A+++++ Our only complaint was the fact that the pool was closed for all 3 days we stayed. Our friends were looking forward to a late afternoon swim and they were very disappointed that we were not advised ahead of time that the pool would be closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay. As mentioned above, we would have appreciated knowing that the pool would be unavailable for all 3 days of our stay.

The property was extremely clean and the staff was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 weeks but I wish I could have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was just right and I was surprised they had a pool. If I come back to Hanoi I will be staying here again. Liked everything

Gorgeous hotel that is within a 20 minute walk of all of the major sites (it’s perfectly in the middle of the old town and Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum). It’s also right next to the famous train street. I loved going to the pool in the morning and the rooftop bar at night. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind.
