We came back for the location and the friendly staff Unfortunately this time were construction works literally under our balcony, and they went through both nights, so it was almost impossible to rest. But is not in the hands of the staff.

It's a really good location for Hanoi My room stunk like sewerage discharge, and the premises is a lot dirtier than the photos looked. I was also unable to block hallway light from coming into my room all night. I would expect a stay like this to be half the price.

Location was good. Near train street and nice restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Room was not like the pictures. It was cold and dreary. Most electrical plugs didn’t work. Strong sewage smell from the bathroom drains. This was somewhat rectified by cleaning staff during our stay but it was still off putting. There was construction going on next door during our stay which woke us quite early every morning. Balcony area is nothing like pictures. Quite dirty and run down. Corridor and elevator area also quite dirty.

Great double bed room, a lot of light compared to other places where I had very small window. Very nice staff as well, very attentive and patient.

The location was pretty good, they were super nice and the was so comfy. The bathroom could use a renovation (just a little bit in the shower zone).

Location was good, right next to train street The awkward wait for the lift whilst people are having a foot massage lol TV didn’t work Broken tiles on balcony very shabby dated room lots of marks and wear and tear, would not have stayed longer than one night. There are so many nicer places.

Linh was kind and helpful, her warm welcome and willingness to help is greatly appreciated! The room was spotless, there’s also a lift in this hotel. Located on a strategic spot near lots of nice restaurants and services. There’s no breakfast here so there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Bed wasn’t comfortable and it was noisy outside (and in the room next door to mine). The door doesn’t block light coming from the hallway. Foot massage is done in the lobby and it was awkward to walk around.
