San Palace Hotel

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere was pleasent. The air conditioner changed its temperature. The staff tried to help and tried to make sure that we were comfortable.

The hotel is a bit old which is expected in old quarter.

Great services

Beds were so comfortable and soft, slept so well. Air conditioning was excellent, cools down the room to the temperature you want, without blowing your hair off or freezing you in bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool is nice with great views to the city. Definitely would go back to that hotel next time again. Close to the Train street and some excellent local art shops. Our room didn't have a nice view, but then again - we escaped the street noise.

Well, even though breakfast area is a bit small but they have provided quite a bit food items for breakfast. can't complaint the heat in the season effected alot in the property particular in the hall way to our room. if that can be improved then the hotel should get a thumb up. Rather than that we enjoy to stay here and of course we will come back here again next time in Hanoi

Staff were so helpful and kind. Rooms were great size and comfortable.

Love being in the old town area, it’s super close to shops, and main attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was on point. The staff deserves a 10/10, I truly appreciate all their help with my family, from carrying bags, helping crossing the street the first time we got there and giving us directions. They were wonderful! We also had the pleasure of working with Luna who helped us plan our cruise to Lan Ha Bay and transportation to Ninh Binh I think rooms may need to be updated soon, other than that it was good.

The location and value for money are excellent. Some great restaurants and shops nearby, and easy to get anywhere major. Although the pool is small, it was clean and the deck has a decent view over the city.

Location was great, breakfast was ok nothing to rave about Originally booked a double room but it was that small we couldn’t even open our suitcases so we paid for an upgrade to a family room next day.. we also cut our stay short one night as didn’t think it was worth wasting another night .. staff were quite helpful.. pool area upstairs was very average, the bar looked dirty we didn’t use the free beer vouchers either as it wasn’t comfortable up there. The reception area very unprofessional with peoples backpacks & stuff everywhere, building was dirty not maintained & kitchen work area was visible as soon as you entered the reception . Overall very disappointing as the reviews don’t match the hotel .. wouldn’t stay again
