Bobby and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast had a good selection.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a really good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. The location is great too, with lots of places to eat and visit nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. I really love the location of the hotel as it was close by and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places. The staff at the hotel, especially Bobby was a great help even before my stay, he was consistently in touch with me to ensure that I have a smooth trip in Hanoi. Upon arrival as well and during my stay, the hotel facilities were extremely good and clean. The room was very spacious with a lot of amenities included, which were very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel for my future stays as well.

A friend recommended this hotel to me, and oh my—it was so good. Location is so convenient. The interior décor is very classy and elegant, especially in the bedroom. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the reception team to the staff at the Level 9 café, the porter, and even the tour desk lady. Everyone was genuinely kind and pleasant, which made my short stay feel very homely and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Bữa sáng ngon với nhiều lựa chọn. Đây là một nơi đáng để lưu trú khi đến Hà Nội và tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong những chuyến đi sau.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful and full of recommendations and advice. Bobby helped us book a tour and provided great recommendations. However, we had to cancel at the last minute, and he took it upon himself to handle it. This was a big help. There is a nice cocktail bar at the top with a good view of the neighborhood. The area is extremely walkable, and if you want to get further out, you can easily use Grab to get a car. The hotel is just inside of the Old Quarter area that is closed to traffic during weekend nights, but even then, it was easy for us to get a car to pick us up by just walking a block or so north. It can get quite hot in the summer, but the AC in the room worked well and kept us cool. The coffee shop across the street is excellent as well. No negative comments.

Bobby, the concierge, was an absolute legend. He sorted out our entire Sapa trip—tours, bus tickets, everything—without a hitch. Beyond that, he was just a genuinely funny, helpful guy who went out of his way to recommend hidden spots, local eats, and things we would’ve never found on our own. If you’re staying in Hanoi, this place is a solid choice. Nothing really to complain about.

Great location, very close to every attractions. Staffs are so kind and helpful, makes you feel comfortable. My room was very clean and neat. I planned to stay one night but later decided to return for two more nights.
