I hope customers will maintain a minimum level of awareness when they come here. Specifically, me. Thank God.

Not much. The location and street were okay. I booked a deluxe double room which was supposed to be a private room with a double bed. All of the photos on the website for that room featured a big, spacious private room, but with more beds than what I booked. I figured the room would be the same but just with one bed. When I arrived they brought to a room with 4 tiny 3M2 cubicles they had built and they called one of them "my room." If i wanted to stay in a dorm I would have booked one for much cheaper. The cubicle didn't have real walls and I could hear people on tiktok all night next to me. When I told the staff I had been given a different room and showed her the photos she said "no that's the family room for 800k." I told her it's dishonest to list the wrong photos and that they should show pictures of the tiny rooms they are offering. Nothing has changed on the website. Also, the towels that are provided don't fit around your waist and are usually used to wipe your feet when you exit the toilet. There is one shower and bathroom that is shared by 8 cubicles so it's often being used too. Don't rent from these dishonest people. It's a scam.

During my recent trip to Hanoi, I stayed at a charming homestay located on Ngọc Hà Street, just a short walk from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a quick drive to West Lake. It was an incredible experience that made my visit even more memorable. The homestay was beautifully decorated with a traditional Vietnamese touch, while still offering all the modern comforts. My room was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. I especially loved the little balcony overlooking a peaceful garden — a perfect spot for morning coffee. The location couldn’t have been better. It was quiet and safe, yet so close to many major attractions. I could walk to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, explore the Botanical Gardens, and easily get to West Lake for a relaxing afternoon by the water. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. They recommended great local restaurants and even helped me arrange a scooter rental. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

The owner of the place canceled on me 3 minutes before I arrived walking with me bag from the other place of town. She gave the bed to someone else and smile at my face when I arrived, rude, do not recommend

My stay at this homestay was truly amazing. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their kindness made the experience feel so personal and comfortable, like staying with family. The space was cozy and well-kept, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and memorable stay One small but noticeable detail at a homestay could be the dimness of the bedside lamp. While it's not a major issue, it can make reading or relaxing in bed a bit uncomfortable, as the light might not be bright enough for certain tasks.

It is close to Ho Chi Minh 's mausoleum, quite a long hike to the Old Quarter (can be overcome by taking a taxi or moto 1,5 /0.7 € a ride) Rock hard bed, no mattress to speak of. Bathroom filthy (I guess they were trying, but the filth was too ingrained to ever get it clean)

Really clean room, we had the dorm room to ourselves. Balcony and quiet at night. Good air con and fans. Close to botanical gardens and palace. Staff really friendly and helpful. We didn’t mind that it was a good 30 min walk to the old quarter It could be a bit far out of town for some, but we didn’t mind that as we took different routes by walking so got to know Hanoi.

Tiny but cosy room, not much bigger than the mattress on the floor. Loved the balcony with great views. Check in was a little confusing, but it was not a problem. We enjoyed the location. Recommended.

The location was good for seeing the area but it was very noisy. Dirty and very uncomfortable bed, lost of noise from outside, cold room, noisy roommates, the toilet was outside and downstairs. Oh, and the first 3 floors smelled like sewerage. It was rancid.
