Breakfast to order, great.. Staff very helpful especially when our fridge failed, upgraded our room in less than 15 minutes.. impressed. Centrally located with lots of outside dining coffee places around the immediate area. Access to shopping and night markets a quick taxi ride away. All good,

It is far from the bustling city of Hanoi. I like the bathtub and hot shower. They clean your room everyday and they have mini refrigerator. It is outside Old Quarter but not too far Internet is VERY SLOW, no VIEW, you can hear people screaming and loud banging of doors from other rooms. It is pretty expensive for a normal hotel

The location was great! Near the main area in Old Quater. Losts of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and generally clean with good amenities. They had daily cleaning service so if you don't want them to clean the room you have a put the do not disturb sign. The water in the shower would go cold after a few minutes so it was challenging to take a shower. Also, you had to shower in the bathtub and the drainage for it was not very good. There was water backing back in the tub as I was showering. Also, the shower curtains needed cleaning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and gets cleaned every day. Breakfast was well taken care of, mix between western / eastern food options. The location is perfect for most tourist activaties you are gonna wanna do.

The room was very clean, maybe the cleanest of all that I've stayed last few years, location is perfect, personell nice and helpful Internet speed is ok, but connection is not good. I had to share my mobile internet for a laptop, because connection from wifi was lost from time to time.

Really nice establishment and the staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast finishing at 9 is too early, I’ve never stayed anywhere where this is the cut off. I didn’t have the breakfast because of this.

The location is excellent, I could explore the most old town by walking from the hotel My room was really near to the street and it was a little bit noisy at night
