The house keeper lost her key, so two days she couldn't get in to clean.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was close the old quarter making it easy to get around. The breakfast was included and very good, nice view from the top floor. It was the perfect place for us to start our trip.

Location of hotel was perfect- right in the Old Town, but pretty quiet. The breakfasts were excellent - good variety of choices. The staff, Lily and Chloe, as well as breakfast staff were all lovely, very helpful. The one bad surprise was upon entering the room it appeared totally open to the bathroom - a real shocker. But then they showed us a thick drape or shade that slid across to provide privacy. Really weird layout. Had we known about this we never would have booked, but the shade did the job, we stayed, and worked with it,

Excellent location, right in the middle of Old Quarter, yet quiet and great for relaxation. Super friendly and very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Small and cozy hotel. Totally my vibe. Not much, maybe a better breakfast option.

Had a wonderful experience, I truly appreciated the warm hospitality, excellent service, and courteous behavior of staff throughout my stay. The front desk and kitchen staff are the best of the best - truly made the stay special. Great location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Golden Moon Suite Hotel!! The staffs were all great and can understand english well. Room is kind and spacious enough for 2. Aircon is working well too. We have to checkout early bec our flight is 8 in the morning. The staffs were so sweet to pack our breakfast?? thank you so much for your great service!! Thank you for being so nice to us? will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Vietnam. ?❤️

We had a great stay at Golden Moon Hotel. The staffs are nice (shoutout to Lily, Chloe & the other guy). They were so kind, helpful and easy to talk to. Chloe advised me that they upgraded our room which is very nice gesture. ? the room is good and clean. The beds are soft. The place is really in the center of Old Quarter. You can walk around anytime you want. We were in Sapa now and we will go back to Hanoi today — which we booked the same hotel. Breakfast is really good— i really like their coffee and food. Thank you to all the staffs!! ??

The location was perfect. Walkable to everything you need to see and do during your trip. The room was comfortable enough. Very small in size, but it definitely has enough space for the basics. The shower and bathroom are actually good in size with warm water. Complimentary drinkable water was given every day. The breakfast was actually so good and the view is cute. The best thing was honestly the staff. Super helpful and kind. The space is very small but we did not mind it. The view from the window we had was a construction site of some sort so we just kept the curtains closed the entire time, which made for a dark room (but this doesn’t matter if you’re not spending much time there).

The room aren't completely sound proof so you can still hear the motorbikes. However, It isn't located directly on a main street so it wasn't as much as a problem.

Hotel was well located in the heart of The Old Quarter and within walking distance to Train Street and many other places of interest. Very easy and safe to move around the Old Quarter. Staff there was very friendly, patient and customer oriented. No communication barrier as they all speak good English. Bathroom looks a little tired and probably need a bit of renovation to spruce it up. No international TV program available (probably due to constraints by local govt).

Really great location for the old town and quiet considering where it is. Room was comfortable and bathroom clean and had a great shower. Breakfast was lovely, they let us get in early before our early pick up and it was a lovely spread, wish we had more time to enjoy it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast on the top floor which offered a neat view of the city. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere and the tours we booked were able to pick us up from the hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful when our bus didn’t arrive to take us to our next location and immediately resolved the issue.
