Staff were amazing, did everything to accommodate all my special requests, room was clean, location was super and not noisy although being at the center. Great value for money. Room didn’t have a window.

The location is very convenient, close to many attractions in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city within a short time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short visit, especially if you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi. The room was quite small and didn’t have a window. It’s fine for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re planning a longer visit.

Great location in the old quarter. Close to everything and very easy to get around. The AC worked very well which was helpful. Staff friendly and laundry was easy to get done right at the hotel. Airport transfer was quick to book and worth it The shower and room was small and a bit hard to move in but made it work

The hostel is really perfect: bright, airy, and very pleasant. The staff are very kind and respond quickly. It’s very walkable and close to everything. We love the little balcony in our room. It’s quiet and clean. Highly recommended when traveling to Hanoi.

It's in the center,so everything,every spots are walkable.. perfect location.. No elevator. Not that i didn't like,its fine..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lisa was very helpful in organising transport in advance and responded quickly to any enquiries. I had to make some changes in the booking and Lisa helped me to organise our group arriving on different days. Our late arrival from the airport was not a problem. They guided us to local Vietnamese restaurants. Tea, coffee and fruit were provided free of charge. The location in the Old Town was good. The hostel is narrow like many of the houses in Hanoi and thus there are stairs to climb. nothing

Lisa was very helpful showing me places where to eat and assisted me getting rides for Grab, very convenient location and walking distances to shop and nice restaurants, close to Hoan Kim Lake.

Rooms have everything what you need for comfort stay. Reception is simply amazing, welcoming, professional and helpful.

The location is nice. Service is excellent. The staff Lisa is very friendly and helpful. She can speak English very well. Some rooms are a little bit small. There is no staircase. And some rooms don’t have bum gun.

The staff was very nice and very responsive. The score has nothing to do with the staff, but I am not going to lie about or omit things regarding the property. You can’t beat the location in the middle of the old quarter, you are close to everything. Once you got the AC going, it worked pretty well (but it smelled - see below). Everything. Not clean, smelled of mold (and made my clothes smell of mold), almost everything is falling apart or leaking, the mattress was very uncomfortable and even painful, there was no duvet cover for the blanket for the bed so the cleanliness of it was questionable.
