Very Economical Elevator had issues

The place is at the center of the street. Many vehicles passed by. And one night I heard people who were drunk talking so loud.
-
The only thing its near to Train street. its located on road, can't able to sleep due to noise of vehicles.

The location was great! And a good view of the city from the balcony. It is also very near to Train St. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed is not fit with the mattress. It was uneven!

It would be better if the hotel could provide a real blanket instead of a thin bedsheet. Anyway I was satisfied with my stay

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a female solo traveller. Greeted at entrance by member of staff who quickly checked me in. Place is easy to find and there is a lift for those carrying heavy cases or backpacks. As for the room- there was an extra bed in the room which made it a lot smaller and was completely unnecessary and not requested. The room didn’t look like the photo on my booking, however it was clean and fine for my stay. The tv doesn’t connect to channels and can’t open apps. There is no safe box. The water from the shower is always cold and goes all over the bathroom floor as there is no slant and the bathrooms are small. My BIGGEST CONCERN was the bathroom window which had a ladder right outside, would not close properly or even had a lock. Meaning someone would be able to access the room at any time which felt extremely unsafe, especially as a solo traveller. Although the rooms were clean there is much work that needs doing in terms of safety and organization. Nevertheless, it was a seamless stay and the room was fine for the time I spent there.

It's transparently shown the room is with city view as we can see in the room's description as this is not what I was given. In reality, the room had a window blocked by a panel, offering no view whatsoever. This is a clear case of misleading advertising, and it directly affected my expectations and experience. Although I was only staying for one night, I find it unacceptable that such discrepancies exist. I asked the receptionist but the initial response was dismissive, stating that my room simply did not have a view. Only after I showed them the information published on the flatform, they did acknowledge the mismatch. However, the explanation given—that the listing was created by a previous owner and the current people were only temporarily managing the property. Passing blame does not absolve the hotel of its responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information to guests. Furthermore, I was not provided with a room key upon check-in. I was told to wait 30 minutes, yet no key was delivered. I had no choice (as I paid before checking the room) but to leave my belongings in the room unsecured. When I returned later that evening, the key had finally been issued. These combined issues reflect a lack of operational reliability and accountability. So it's better to check the rooms before making payment is my advise to all travellers. Also, hope the hotel can correct the detail on Booking.com and offer the proper services to all clients.

it was quiet even on a busy street which was good the facilities are veryyyyyyy dated! the shower pressure was awful and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. there was a dirty towel and opened products from someone’s previous stay. a very big shame as i just wanted a good place to stay for the night and i left feeling annoyed.

The property is great! The entrance is through a front chemist and a corridor that may at first seem scary but this is okay as this is quite common in Hanoi. The facilities and the room are quite beautiful and nice. The property is literally 2 minutes walk to the food street where you can have so many options for dining Hanoi Style. The property has no lift so going up with the stairs with luggage can be a hustle. I was on 4th floor and going up was a chore lol Also, the bathroom was shared. I would give the property 10/10 save for these two shortcomings. The property is still definitely worth it though!

Very friendly home stay with accommodating hosts. H Booking.com being the middleman makes it difficult to send emails. I got caught out and system deliver failures meant that the hosts didn’t get my email and it just kept bouncing back to me .
