The room was quite clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They even carried our luggage up to our room on the top floor, and the next day they kindly moved us to a room on the first floor, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, although it wasn’t a buffet and the selection was fairly limited. There is no elevator, which made access to the upper floors quite difficult. We also noticed quite a lot of noise coming from the street, which could be heard inside the room and affected comfort.

The location is very central and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. There is no elevator, but I stayed on the ground floor, so it was not an issue. The room was clean and tidy. It is not luxurious or brand new, but it is sufficient, good value for money, and suitable for a short stay. The hotel is located in a small alley where cars cannot enter, so you need to walk for a few minutes

Staff was very helpful especially ms Dinh the property manager. She was able to book our airport transfer and our tours. Made everything so much easier. Also the location is close to everything especially beer street. They only have stairs. However staff were very helpful with the luggage so it wasn’t a problem.

Reception staff were pleasant. Helped with carrying bags up to 5th floor Linen was old and stained, mould in the bathrooms

I liked the vintage atmosphere, the cosy and comfortable room, the location - in the heart of the French Quater, the friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast which had a few option (a lovely ginger tea)! Besides, it was pretty quiet considerning the central location. The only thing which was a bit of an obstacle were the narrow stairs upstairs - it can be an issue with a suitcase.

The staff were super attentive and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was good, the bed comfortable. The location is strategic for those who want to be close to the bars. The water pressure from the shower could be a little stronger.

Location was good. The hotel didn’t match the pictures at all. Our room wasn’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell. We tried to ask to change rooms, but the receptionist barely understood English, so it was difficult to communicate. That said, we did see another room open that looked like the photos, so it’s possible we were just unlucky.
