Easily accessible, big room, good location, good wifi, good air conditioning. We booked this place because we had checked out of our previous hotel and we needed a place to relax while waiting for the bus. We booked it 5 min ahead, and they welcomed us in a very friendly manner. All expected amenities were there, and it was very nice to have our own private room & bathroom for this price. It was exactly what we expected for the price so nothing to complain about! :)

The location is great for all the tourist spots are just around the area. The smell of smoke from the outside keeps coming inside the room.

No internet after 4 th floor and and not good housekeeping

No windows, bed wasn't very clean, damp, above a spa so sometimes we would come back and have to walk through someone's massage. Not a luxurious place but did the job as somewhere to sleep for two budget backpackers

Bed was very comfortable, central location and staff where friendly A bit dirty through the entryway and stairwell, the window opened onto a brick wall

Lucy is the best, helpful with all our needs and arranged our airport transportation. Location on a small alley in the old quarter made getting to many local eateries and attractions a short walk away. Didn't like that we had to leave so soon.
