The staff were so kind and the facilities were great! The beds were large and comfy, the rooms had balconies, it was in the old quarter so the location was also nice.

Everything was great, except the pictures show an open windows between the room and bathroom to give it a larger feel. My window shade did not go up, so it felt more cramped but I was only there for one night..

The hotel was right in the heart of the bustling streets, so we could step outside and instantly soak up the lively atmosphere. The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable, and being surrounded by all the shops, cafés, and local food made it such a fun experience. It felt like the perfect base to explore the city.

We were able to store our luggage in their lobby for two days. The hotel canceled our reservation the morning we were to stay there. They said there was an electrical issue. We had to scramble to find another hotel.

I felt like being scammed. Said they don't get paid by booking .com and we had to pay cash. And couldn't explain why booking don't pay so had to pay them again. If booking doesn't pay then why are they using booking. Com ? I think they are scamming booking to keep from paying dues. And not sure if I didn't end up paying twice

the staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great and very yummy and u can choose of variety of food choices. Thr location iis pertfect so the balconyz The pillows are small and not so soft its kinda hard and the bed foam too but its still nice. The room is tiny if u have luggage and no wardron cabinet. But i would suggest if they can put light at the balcony if u lke to have some coffee or snacks at night
