The location is 10/10 It's not that I don't like but the hotel is inside a narrow alley which requires extra work to get your luggage in.

The location was amazing and staff was great, the room was spacious and had all the necessary stuff. Lack of a safe and cold shower.

Thu was awesome, even helped point a mechanics way since I had a motorcycle problem. The room was excellent and slept well. Great location. The only thing is a bit hard to find specially at night. It’s a small entrance through a hall to get to the reception. It’s kinda cool ?

One of the staff didn’t recognize that we are waiting for check-in at almost 3am. Even we told him we were waiting to check in but he thought we stayed at the same room with our friends who were came earlier. However, it was just a minor problem to us.

Love love this little hidden gem in Hanoi. Tucked away down an ally way, little difficult to find initially probably could do with a bigger sign. Clean comfortable, little balcony, staff wonderful went out of their way to do anything for us. We enjoyed staying here so much that we rebooked same room a few weeks later. Location is great, right in the heart of Hanoi old town, night market practically on doorstep, just a few meters down the road, wonderful food outside your door. Highly recommend. Little hard to find at first maybe sign could be bigger.
