Loved the location of the hotel as it is on a quiet alleyway in the Old Town of Hanoi. This made it a good base to explore Hanoi as we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel room was basic and looking very tired. We booked a 'Deluxe Suite', which was smaller than we expected. Also the photos must have been taken when the hotel was new, as the room is not as pristine as on booking.com

The staff were decent The pictures of the rooms online did not reflect the rooms we actually received. The aircon was leaking water and dripping onto our suitcases. The room was more dirty and smelly than we expected. The toilet and shower area was not clean. The shower water pressure was extremely weak. When showering, water was flooding from the shower area and into the toilet area.

It's very well situated in the heart of Hanoi. The staff is quite inflexible and the room felt a bit dirty.

The location was perfect inside the Old Quarter, you can find lots of cafe and restaurants around and visit Hanoi just by walking. The beds were comfortable and there was an elevator. We had a window in our room but it was directly against a wall so we didn’t have a lot of light…

- Do not expect what you see in the pictures, the rooms are old and not maintained. We spoke to the receptionist raising our concerns about the comfort and the cleanliness, they offered another room but still the same situation. We asked for a refund, not possible. We were advised to speak to the manager but that person never appeared or send a message, we had to stay with no other choice. Poor service.

Good location near to many local eateries in town center. It is also 10 mins walk to the new attraction, rail street whereby cafe is located very near to the rail track. Receptionists are very helpful. Unfortunately the room does not includes breakfast but you can easily find local restaurant and eateries nearby.

None. Everything was terrible. Everything. The room given is nothing like in the images. The bathrooms were dirty. Wifi was terrible. AC is weak as hell. We checked out the next morning. DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the advertised price, location and pictures. Do better elsewhere.

Great location for exploring the old quarter. Handy to have a fridge in the room for keeping water cold. Lift access made it easy to get everything up to our room. Could have been cleaner. Nothing majorly dirty just not a high level of clean feel. Could have had a fan to help circulate the Aircon as it was around the corner from the beds.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to the biggest night market. There were many food places around the hotel. It was very good for value. The room was a little different from my impression through the pictures.
