The staff are polite and provide exceptional service. The room is huge, clean and well maintained. Location - You need to walk 20m away from the hotel if you're taking Grab since drivers do not enter the street.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, Mao assisted us with our check in, entertained all our inquiries as well. There is always an assortment of fruits during breakfast.

We had a lovely stay here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great! I would stay here again.

Location is very central and vibrant but considered quiet. Room was spacious with a kitchenette. Staff were extremely caring, kind and helpful.

Clean and safe. The staff were incredible. So helpful and asked about our day each evening when we got back. Arranged airport transportation for us. Walked us to the car to make sure we were all set. Breakfast has lots of great fruit, many carbs and then they make to order either eggs & bacon or an omelette. I just didn’t love the location. Down an alley.

breakfast is just fine but very few selection. location is good near to market and eateries was just around the corner nobody assist with our luggage when we arrived at the hotel and the only person who help us is the girl in the front desk

Everything was excellent !! They have an associated travels who contacted us upon booking (its called Moon Travels) and provided an excellent deal for the land tour as well as for the cruise. Mrs.Dao Thi Huyen was very kind in providing all details about the tour package, replies for all doubts/questions, giving multiple options for choosing the suitable plans, etc., They also provided an excellent cancellation policy which was very important for us. We booked the land tour and cruise with them and they provided an excellent service in organizing the entire tour. They even accepted a change that we made in mid of tour. Nothing specific. If there had been an option to pay via prepaid OneCurrency travel card without any extra charges for card payment, it would have been awesome. It was not an issue for us since we carried the required USD cash with us.

The location is near Ðồng Xuân market. We could get everything we needed within a short walk. Staffs were polite and friendly and helpful Streets in the Old Quater are narrow. Prepared for a short walk with your luggages on the days of check-in and check-out. But they provided help for the luggages. “Free shuttles” should be taken off from the ad. They did provide shuttles as needed with a fee.
