Nothing. The pictures in the advertisement definitely taken when the hotel is still new. All the 3 rooms given to us has defective flooring, the curtains is not even clean, the aircon slot has holes. In fact the aircon in the first room has defect, it's air slot is hanging. And was told that the repairman is coming. Yes the repairman came but the point is it is beyond the check in time. Thus we insisted to assign another room, but still, that room is not in good condition also, there are holes in the floor. Also, we are wondering why they are nit accepting payment tru credit card. The girl receptionist is very arrogant in telling is that it was advised that cash payment is required. If we only have a choice, we will not stay even for a night in this hotel. Our reservation is for two nights, at first the girl receptionist is arguing with us in her loudest voice when we are complaining about the condition if the rooms, nit decent rooms, but when one if ya told her that we will file a complaint with Booking.com, she toned down. Nothing.

Location is great. Many shops nearby. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is good considering the price yet it could be improved with a bit of renovation.

Book the hotel and receive a confirmation for the room booked. However upon arrival, the room category choice was not available and they provided us two small rooms which were in a really bad condition and were smelling cigarette. I don't recommend it.

Perfect location, right in city center, many local restaurants around. They gave me a room with very good view to the city on 6th floor :). I'm sure I could not find any room with better view than this. Room is old. There was almost no facility and amenity in rooms or you will not use these things :). You should have your own personal hygiene stuffs as we can't expect much for such a cheap option.

My 5th floor balcony room was light and airy. If you get a good price (i paid $17 usd per night) it's great value for money as it has a fridge and kettle. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. The tv in my room was broken and, despite my repeated requests, they made virtually no effort to have it fixed. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Wifi didn't work. The position of the tv was a safety hazard.

Location, price Room is different than the photos, completely different room, ants around the room, strange beds layout made to the only way to go on bed is by jumping.

Extremely Unprofessional & Unsafe Experience I had one of the worst experiences here. I had been in contact with the receptionist since I booked online, but when I arrived at the airport and messaged them (around 3am), I was told there were no rooms available and was instead redirected to a completely different hotel—without any prior notice. When I arrived, the receptionist was asleep on the floor, and after waking up, he offered me to sleep in his own room “to help him make money.” That was completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveler. The bathroom wasn’t even inside the room, and the hotel was located next to a loud, disgusting club—not at all what was advertised. To make matters worse, the woman I had been in contact with became aggressive over the phone when I refused to book tours through her. I had already lost trust and just wanted to feel safe. I ended up packing my things and booking another hotel, even though I lost the money. I do not recommend this place—completely unprofessional, misleading, and potentially dangerous.

The location it’s great, in the center next to everything and in the meantime it’s quite for having a deep sleep. The place is very clean, the staff it’s very friendly and helpful. It was very nice staying there. Hope to be back soon:)
