We stayed for 4 nights. The staff was absolutely amazing, very attentive, very polite, they did so much to make us feel comfortable. I received a cake for my birthday and the bed was decorated with flower petals, very sweet people. The breakfast was very nice with options daily. The property is very centrally located. The room was clean, good shower and the AC was almost too cold :). We are very appreciative all workers who made us feel very special. The last day, they arranged a ride back to the airport free of charge. We were very thankful.

Got in pretty late, the staff was exceptional at arranging my hotel transfer to the hotel. Really enjoyed the staffs kindness throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was lovely!

Holiday Emerald Hotel was a fantastic choice for our Hanoi trip! Ideally located in the Old Quarter, it’s a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and lively markets. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making our stay seamless with great local tips. Our room was spotless, cozy, and modern, with a comfy bed and excellent shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering fresh diverse options. Fast Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like daily water added to the experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Hanoi visit!

location good, staff helpful room had no window, could have been on the description and if so I missed it but couldn't tell what the weather was like and therefore what to wear without leaving the room, taking the lift and then looking outside and then changing if necessary. Not a big deal I appreciate but would be better if you could just look outside from your room.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Good communication and always offering to help. Couldn’t have asked for better service. The bathroom is dated and it isn’t very soundproof between rooms.

Our stay at Holiday Emerald Hotel was excellent. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is delicious, the location is great, but above all the staff is what makes this hotel a great choice for a stay in Hanoi. Jenny made our entire Vietnam trip so much easier to plan (book your private transfers with this hotel and you won’t regret it). We would highly recommend. Nothing
