There are so much mold in the bathroom and room quality was very poor.

- Location is really good in the old Hanoi, really useful when you want to drop something quickly, sleep, take a shower, night market. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shop, exchange money, washing services besides - really calm / no noises (makes the difference / game changer after a full day outside) - They have a suggestion list to share with you when you will arrive (restaurant, cafes, visit trip plan, etc …) - Staff is super helpful, excellent services from the team 24h/24h (especially Luca who helped us a lot during our trip), really good advises and communication > it makes your Hanoi experience different - Can help you with logistics and travel plan if needed - No window but it is really calm so nice to have - TV was not working (also nice to have during World Cup)

The bed, desk and floor were clean. Stuff was nice. Bed sheets + towels changed everyday. Very good location. There were water stains (mold?) on the ceiling, wall paint was pilling off in the room and toilet. There was mold in the shower and the sink. Very unhygienic and unpleasant. The door lock was all taped and it was impossible to lock the room from the inside. AC is placed the way it always keeps blowing directly on the bed - impossible to change the direction.

Location and the water supply in the shower is good. Broken furniture and the toilet door doesn’t close, mold in the ceiling, the hallway has no light in the midnight. Water is blocking outside the shower room and there's no place to put the shampoo other than the floor. The bathroom door is broken and doesn’t close properly.

Good Room is enough for the price

Great location; We were by the heart of Old Quarter and nearby St. Joseph's church. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room itself was decent, clean, with enough room for 4 pax (2 queen beds). Our bathroom had a bidet which was a must-have. We had a decent view of the street below us (3rd floor IIRC). Lighting was good inside the room as there were 2 windows (1 small, 1 big). They gave us free water, snacks, and a change of toilet paper every day. A clothing iron was available upon request. Staff were English-speaking and nice. They let us stay in their lobby while we waited for our bus from Hanoi-Sapa even after we've checked out already. Street noises could be heard from the outside especially during the night. This didn't bother us at much and the noises weren't that loud, just something to note for those who might be more sensitive to noise. The price they billed us was slightly higher than what was stated in Booking.com, likely due to conversion changes. Just a note if you're paying directly via credit card: You will need to shoulder the transaction fee (I believe it was 3% or 5%).

The building is old, moldy, and lack of maintenance. The room is really small, you barely can move your things - though I booked second room category. The lights in the corridor through the elevator is off after 12AM if I’m not mistaken. We checked out at 3.30AM and it was really dark in the corridor and in the lobby. The receptionist was sleeping in the couch ?

The building is old. There are mould everywhere.

A bit noisy in evenings like all of Old Quarter.

The staff is friendly trying to help as much as they can. I booked the same place again, based on my first day experience. The hot water was cut off while showering The bathroom smelled like urine The toilet was dirty The TV didn't work (and it was never going to because there's only one place to plug it in, and you need to plug also the deco... there was no 'antena' cable) Only one working plug for the lamp, to charge your cell, etc. So you can only connect one device. Looks like the hotel needs a renovation, starting by the electrical system. I booked again because the first experience was ok. So I guess you'll get a good or bad room out of luck (I booked the same option for both stays)

Good location and nice staff

Checkin was smooth even when I arrived late because I was coming from a sleeper bus from Sapa. More of a personal issue since the bed was a little too hard so my lower back was uncomfortable.

Very accommodating and the room was spacious! Also accessible to Old Quarter’s food spots :)

Everything was good in the hotel. Only the weather didn't help.

Good location. Nice staff, especially Thao and Hoa were very supportive with our requests.
