Very convenient location. Working WiFi. Good conditioner. Glass door separates shower from the sink and toilet. Large enough for luggage. Ved sheets look dirty. Comforters look old and dirty. No electrical outlets close to the ends of the two twin beds. The electrical outlets at the TV don't hold any cable or cord plug in end at all. Food in the room doesn't have the price as mentioned. Expensive breakfast and service offers

Process to check-in was really fast. They were able to help us exchange money at a good rate as well as book us a ride to Ninh Binh for the same price as klook. She gave us recommendations for places to stay. The room had all the essentials and was clean. They always set the bed for us and give us water everyday. Highly recommend.

Tung Trang Hotel - Great base for exploring Hanoi on foot. Quiet location but still super walkable to Hanoi’s old quarter + cafes. Perfect if you want peace without missing the city vibe. Standout for me: They let us leave our luggage after 12pm checkout until our 9pm bus to the next city. Huge help and super convenient. Staff were flexible and kind about it. Would stay again for the location + that extra service ? None

The people inside are kind and approachable. The location is at the center of everything in old quater Hanoi. The room is dated. A slight update in bed foam, comfortable beddings, updated toilet, and additional pillow will do.

Room was clean and well maintained. Air-conditioning was great. They allowed me to check-in early and lucky me that room was available. Friendly staff and accommodating. They give me tips on how to book uber/bolt when in the city. nothing.

Excellent location. Hostess was very helpful and went above and beyond. My son lost his wallet on bus to Lan Ha Bay cruise and hostess communicated with the bus company and got it back for us. Amazing breakfast

I was very glad I booked this hotel for my stay in Hanoi. I had reserved some trips from this hotel prior to arrival and everything went very smoothly. The receptionist was very responsive and responsible, and wrote to me frequently regarding even the tiniest details. I felt that I was cared for throughout my trip and this was a blessing. I will definitely stay here again of if I come back to Hanoi! Nothing

Very Good Hotel and response from Hotel. Location was excellent, walkable to major nearby Indian Restaurant and other roaming areas and market. No English Hotel a bit inside the main road were U need to walk for 100 to 200 Meters, as Grabs Taxis cannot get in such small road

Our stay with Trung Trang Hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The hotel is still located within the Old Quarter, so it’s close to many shops and cafes, though it’s tucked inside a quieter alley which gives a more peaceful vibe away from the busy streets. The service was okay and the owner was very helpful, especially during our check-out when we had around 45kg of baggage, really appreciated the assistance. The facilities are simple and have a more classic feel, but still comfortable for a short stay. Overall, a good option if you prefer a quieter spot while still being near the center of Hanoi. Nothing major, just that it’s a bit hidden from the main street, but overall still a good stay.

Great location; We were by the heart of Old Quarter and nearby St. Joseph's church. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room itself was decent, clean, with enough room for 4 pax (2 double beds, 1 queen bed). Our bathroom had a bidet which was a must-have. They gave us free water. A clothing iron was available upon request. Staff were English-speaking, very nice and friendly. They gave us a quick personal tour of the room when we checked in. There was only 1 small window in the room but we didn't mind. It also takes a while for the room to get cold from the air conditioning, which again did not bother us so much.

Enough room for the 3 of us with 3 big check-in luggages. Near to souvenir stores; restaurants and the lake in Hanoi. All walking distance. A lot of food stalls along the alleyway. To reach the property, after the car ride, you need to walk for a short distance only via the alleyway. Busy alleyway. Only single motorcycles can pass through it. The reception area is quite very busy; which is undertandable since the hotel is a narrow building up to 6th floor. Elevator is up to 5th floor only. We got a room at the 2nd floor. No breakfast in the hotel.
