This hotel was a nice way to start my travels in Vietnam. Centrally located, clean and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. I was also staying here as part of a tour group. Rooms were spacious and I was provided with a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The breakfast was reasonable with the highlight being the seasonal fruit. Location of my room meant that there were stairs from the lift which is a bit counterintuitive. Also once the room key is removed, it deactivates the do not disturb sign outside (in case you don't want your room cleaned while you're out)

A lovely large room, with table and sofa, and a really nice bathroom. This was a great base for my visit to Hanoi as the hotel is within walking distance of shops and the old quarter as well as the lake.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were travelling in a group and the staff handled our logistical requirements extremely well. My room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary fruit was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent too. I have no complaints. Very happy.

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. They are the highlight of the hotel. Breakfast was fine. Very poor noise isolation between rooms, you hear everything. I got people checking out at 6am, cleaning ladies making noise at 9am and probably people checking in at 4pm. I was jetlagged and basically couldn't rest neither in night or in day. Kinda didn't like being asked to give 10 stars review without asking first if I enjoyed my stay.

Close to the old quarter, and other sight seeing locations in Hanoi. Staff were fantastic to deal with. Bed was comfy, and room was clean.

Friendliest staff of my whole Vietnam trip. Very professional. Bathroom was great. Clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was just ok. The queen bed was also 2 singles pushed together.

Very helpful staff, large rooms with balchony and cemlose to old quarter. Somewhat hard beds. The breakfast buffet lacked good options for european breakfast selection. The hot dishes had been sitting too long.
