We were staying for 17hrs transit. They allow us to check in earlier and that's really helpful, they even upgraded our room to make us more comfortable. The room was big, clean and in the heart of old quarter. Good location for Muslim traveler, close to the mosque and halal food. Nothing, everything was excellent.

Convenient location in the middle of old quarter. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very small. We had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom.

Hotel had a lot of old charm. It was a good location for walking around the old town. The stuff were helpful answering questions and provided extra pillows when I asked for with no problem. The carpet is a bit old and dirty looking would be nice to have that replaced and the couch also was a bit stained

I had Great experience at Le Petit Hotel Hanoi! Room 402 was clean and accessible by elevator. The staff is amazing. They provided laundry services, luggage storage while I was on a motorbike trip, and affordable airport transfers. Special thanks to Mr. Ken for going above and beyond to help fix my phone. He is truly trustworthy. Perfect location and highly recommended!

Y’all should book this hotel Man the hotel staff has a guts to borrow you a cash yk it is weird when the hotel borrow you money . I had problem with my credit card and they actually lent me cash for few days untill i figure out my card issue . And room and amenities man clean af . No breakfast

I loved its central location and excellent hosts that were always available and had good advice, I spent a lot of time talking to them and asking questions about the local culture There’s not really a lot of bad things to say, I loved it here

Super central, clean and comfortable, ended up staying here twice , when I first got to Hanoi then after the ha chaing loop Total of 10 days, staff spoke good English and were extremely friendly and helpful with advice Was great to have a central base to explore the city but come back when it got too hot or busy No complaints whatsoever

The only good thing about the hotel is the people and location. Very unclean and lots of insects and very dirty bed and sheets, hair and ants everywhere

The bed was great and comfortable the balcony and the total environment of the room was great, had everything needed, the staff was very polite and nice they opened the door when I arrived it was very pleasant and professional. overall I loved and very happy from the place and will return again I think that maybe because of the early check in the cleaning staff did it quickly so there was little bit of hair they missed on the floor of the toilet and like there was little stains on the bed sheets…

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks especially to the amazing receptionist Anh. He went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I needed to ship my suitcase, and Anh took care of everything for me so I didn’t have to worry at all. He was always so kind and patient, and also gave me great recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore. Thank you so much, Anh! Only thing is u can only access the lift after a few stairs but staff is super helpful with your luggage so that’s no problem!
